The place is pleasant, the resort is clean, nice, comfortable beds, complete air conditioning facilities, the staff is very friendly, Security is very friendly and very helpful when I come at night. For those of me who bring families who don't like kermaian when on vacation, this is my first time to the port of the queen and the right place that I chose. It's just that the access road to the resort made several times my car had tire slips, especially the first entrance because I haven't know and night, there is an alternative access that is far better, please ask for more enlarged directions because it is not too visible to me who is just there. You must bring food or instant food because a full kitchen is provided if you can ask the employee for something or less. Breakfast food that is not varied requires that you will take a vacation there with a lot of food because it is quite far from the queen port. Overall my family and I really like this place, this is a very good resort in the queen port area.

I booked the glamping tent but ended up in the tree house room! Why? because it was a lot nicer, so we upgraded the room on the spot. It was remotely located. The road to get there was very steep and narrow with some were gravels. However, it was worth it. The place was super comfy. When we arrived, we expected "glamping" to be a tent with some aircon. However, it was 11 AM, the weather was super nasty, and we couldn't stand it. They only provided a small fan. Bathroom was located quite far away from the tent. As the tent wasn't ready yet (check-in was supposedly after 12 PM), we looked around and found this gem: the tree house! And we got lucky it was still available! So we upgraded the room. It was quiet clean. Though we found some ants wandering around, but hey, it's a tree house! as long as it didn't bother us, it was just fine :) Since we were quite exhausted after a long (5 hrs) trip from Jakarta to this place, we decided to sleep before we continue our adventure. However, the next area of this hotel was under development with all the excavators working in daylight. It was so noisy. Maybe we didn't get there at the right timing. But my overall experience at this hotel was awesome. Staff were very friendly and willing to help. I would totally suggest my friends and colleagues to come to this hotel :) Thank you Ketapang Resort!

We ordered 2 villas, but only 1 villa is available. The supervisor from the resort is not very good at service. So we get 1 villa and 2 tents. less communicative. Even though we already paid for 2 villas.
