she was very friendly, professional, and truly made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
I also want to express my appreciation to the housekeeping team for the thoughtful mirror painting message in my room. It was such a warm and delightful gesture that made my stay even more memorable.

The location is very strategic, very close to Jalan Braga and Jalan Asia Afrika. For those who want a staycation here, it is highly recommended. If you don't want to travel far to tourist areas by car, prefer to stay here. You can visit the Asia Africa Museum, ride the Bandros, or just walk along Jalan Braga - it's very satisfying. All the staff are very friendly and responsive. The room is clean and feels spacious due to the attractive design. My husband and I plan to return to Kimaya if we travel to Bandung again. Very pleased, the hotel is in the center of the city, there's a pharmacy next to the hotel, and there's also an Indomaret next to the pharmacy. The food is delicious and varied, and all the staff are very friendly. Next time I go to Bandung, I want to stay at Kimaya. Highly recommended. Thank you Kimaya, thank you Traveloka.

The cleanliness wasn't good. The sheets didn't reach the bottom, only the mattress pad was covered. So, there were white stains visible, either from something that wasn't clean or was covered by the sheets, making it a bit uncomfortable.

Access to Braga is very close, then the staff are very friendly, the breakfast menu is quite tasty, and there are quite a lot of choices, only for the main Indonesian dish I feel it is not very varied (rice, fried vermicelli, butter chicken), for the omelette the queue is quite long, hopefully Kimaya Hotel will be the best hotel

I booked a hotel with a non-smoking room because I brought my kids. Check in at 7 pm, but when I got there I was given a smoking room, but the staff said it had been treated to be non-smoking. Since it was already late and I couldn't find another hotel, I finally agreed. It turned out the smell of cigarettes was still strong in the room. As a result, the next morning my kids were coughing so badly that I had to neuter them. Please, if there is a smoking room, sign it as a smoking room at the beginning, don't say it's non-smoking until you get there smoking.

Access to Braga is very close, then the staff are very friendly, the breakfast menu is quite tasty, and there are quite a lot of choices, only for the main Indonesian dish I feel it is not very varied (rice, fried vermicelli, butter chicken), for the omelette the queue is quite long, hopefully Kimaya Hotel will be the best hotel

the room smelled bad (lembab) a bit when i arrived then I asked the staff to spray air refresher. Apart from that issue, other things are fine for me.

I booked a hotel with a non-smoking room because I brought my kids. Check in at 7 pm, but when I got there I was given a smoking room, but the staff said it had been treated to be non-smoking. Since it was already late and I couldn't find another hotel, I finally agreed. It turned out the smell of cigarettes was still strong in the room. As a result, the next morning my kids were coughing so badly that I had to neuter them. Please, if there is a smoking room, sign it as a smoking room at the beginning, don't say it's non-smoking until you get there smoking.
