The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the security guards. 👍 The room size is very reasonable for the price and the amenities offered. I came here for research at a nearby school, and it was very comfortable because there were several open spaces for submitting reports. The Wi-Fi was fast, thanks. 👍

Have been staying at Kimura Kostay for several years when visiting Semarang. So it's like a second home. The staff and all employees are friendly and helpful. The room is always cleaned every day. Smooth water, cold AC, white sheets and pillow cases, and white towels. So it's very comfortable to stay at Kimura Kostay.

The picture is the same as the original, so I'm really satisfied staying here, there's a public space on the 2nd floor to relax, and the AC is cold, the room isn't too big but it's worth it for staying with family, if I go to Semarang again I'll stay here.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with any information needed. The security was also friendly. The hotel made me feel comfortable and pleasant. Unfortunately, I didn't take many photos or videos there. Next time I come to Semarang, I will definitely stay there again. Thank you, Kimura Kostay, for the very pleasant service 🙏🙏

I've stayed here several times, and over the years, it's gotten bigger and has more rooms, as well as parking areas in the front and back. The prayer room is also clean and comfortable. Another plus is that there's now a laundry right across from Kimura Kosstay ❤️

I originally got a room on the second floor, in the corner, without a window. I went to the front desk to upgrade to a room with a window, but thankfully, I was given a room of the same type on the third floor. Thank you, Kimura, my child feels much more comfortable.

Friendly staff, excellent facilities for this price, free photo booth on the 2nd floor, and affordable laundry facilities. Best. Just be aware that the public bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors are very dirty :( as if they've never been cleaned.
