Have been staying at Kimura Kostay for several years when visiting Semarang. So it's like a second home. The staff and all employees are friendly and helpful. The room is always cleaned every day. Smooth water, cold AC, white sheets and pillow cases, and white towels. So it's very comfortable to stay at Kimura Kostay.

The picture is the same as the original, so I'm really satisfied staying here, there's a public space on the 2nd floor to relax, and the AC is cold, the room isn't too big but it's worth it for staying with family, if I go to Semarang again I'll stay here.

Probably the best budget stay in Semarang right now? Easy access and on a main road, and for the price, it's pretty good. The room, etc., are quite clean, and it looks like they're under construction, and hopefully there will be more fresh rooms. ⚡️

I stayed at Kimura Kostay for 2 days and it was comfortable. The location is strategic, but the Wi-Fi is not very strong. If I go to Semarang again, I will stay at Kimura Kostay again.

The inside of the room was very nice. It was quite clean, the bed was soft. The AC wasn't cold enough, though. However, when I walked from the lobby to the room, it seemed like it needed a general cleaning.

Strategic location in the city center. However, the room isn't soundproof, so you can hear the sound of vehicles outside, especially in the middle of the night. Other guests are also noisy, chatting loudly in the middle of the night on the terrace right in front of my room. I asked for help in WhatsApp to reprimand them, but it seems the hotel didn't take any action. 😊

The price is very affordable for such a nice room. I've stayed here twice, and there were a few inconveniences.
When I stayed, there happened to be construction going on in the boarding house, and it was incredibly noisy. From 10 a.m. to around 4 p.m., it was incredibly noisy. The room wasn't particularly soundproof, so noise from the next room and outside was quite audible, making it quite annoying if someone was making noise. The door also had issues; even when closed, it still made noise, making it noisy. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was also very noisy.
The AC was cold, the water was hot, the TV had internet access, and towels and soap were provided. However, I'd still bring my own. The window was quite large, allowing for plenty of air and light. Overall, I recommend it for this price.

The location is easy to reach, the car park is also spacious, if not enough in front will be directed to the back of the hotel which is more private. Spacious rooms, complete amenities, clean, cold air conditioning, comfortable beds. The only thing lacking is the soundproofing of the room, it is very audible from inside the room when it is busy outside.

Strategic location, affordable price per night, friendly and responsive staff. But unfortunately in terms of cleanliness it should be improved. There were red ants on the mattress several times, even though they helped change the sheets, there were still ants. The blanket looked dirty because there was a lot of hair and dust left behind. The bathroom was quite clean but a little smelly. The room was noisy, not soundproof, and the sound of motorbikes with loud exhausts could also be heard from the highway in front of the inn.

Strategic location, affordable price per night, friendly and responsive staff. But unfortunately in terms of cleanliness it should be improved. There were red ants on the mattress several times, even though they helped change the sheets, there were still ants. The blanket looked dirty because there was a lot of hair and dust left behind. The bathroom was quite clean but a little smelly. The room was noisy, not soundproof, and the sound of motorbikes with loud exhausts could also be heard from the highway in front of the inn.

The place is comfortable, close if you want to go anywhere and it's not difficult to find food or anything. Vehicles will be guarded because there are security guards.
