Check in hotel jam 12 malam, udah cape banget, mau mandi ternyata handuk tidak ready di kamar, harus ke reception utk minta handuk. Terus ada hewan yang sudah mati lama, kemungkinan kecoak, di sebelah gelas. Tapi yang paling ngeselin adalah, saya minta late check out ke jam 1 siang, tapi tidak di berikan oleh hotel, saya tau itu tergantung kebijakan hotel, tapi sejauh saya menginap di berbagai hotel, selama tidak lagi musim liburan dan occupancy lagi full, selalu diberikan oleh pihak hotel. Nah di hotel ini harus di kenakan extra charge, padahal saya hanya minta latecheckout sebentar saja, selain itu hotel juga sedang dalam keadaan sepi. Bukan karena banyaknya charge yg harus di bayar, tapi lebih ke personal experience aja, saya check in sudah larut, terus ada hewan mati di sebelah gelas, dan pada saat minta late checkout tidak diberikan dan harus bayar. Selama saya menginap di berbagai hotel, this is the worst experience ever.

Hotel get blackout and the electricity so danger. I feel something burn in my room. 3 time get change my room but its same.

The towel is alrealy ripped. Wifi isn't working. When raining comes, the TV has no signal. The wall really need to be painted again.
