This is my second time staying in Kristal Hotel. The breakfast is great, and they have an amazing pool with an open sea view. Definitely will come back.

First room curtains ripped, bedsprings could be felt and two people would meet in the middle. Bathroom looked dirty. After complain changed room. Safe didn't work was repaired. Washbasin water stayed. Was repaired. Many flies in room and bathroom. Someone spray poison. Windows are not secure. See photo. So a lot of complain.

Friendly waiters, clean comfortable rooms, good food. What impressed me was that the hotel maids really helped me because I happened to have a staycation with a 9 month old baby but it was very helpful while staying at Kristal. Everyone is very friendly. Thank You.
