Hot water is not working, please check room 210. For the bed, it is better if the double bed does not have a small mattress combined into one because it is uncomfortable if it shifts.

It might be a bit confusing to park if you are staying here for the first time, because there are 2 entrances to this hotel, so make sure to check the map first, but everything is good, in terms of service, cleanliness, food, rooms, it's all top.

The AC is broken. I asked for a glass via reception and was ping-ponged to the restaurant. The restaurant is currently not serving anything other than New Year's Eve reservations. Car parking requires daily registration. A bit expensive for a bad experience.

Spent 4 nights here with breakfast. The location makes it easy to access from anywhere. Far from Kuta traffic jam, but still can reach Kuta beach by walk in 20 minutes by enjoying art market along the way. ATM center, food court, souvenir center, convenience store, are all near from the hotel. The swimming pool is great, my kids enjoy so much. The staff are friendly.

unfortunately the soundproof is not the best, especially there was young groups stayed over the weekend and they are such a noisy. it wasn't a pleasant stay. breakfast ok, it can be better. you can asked Bacon to the staff member. location is great.

it was ok, location was great but the room definitely needs upgrade and maintenance especially the AC. Food was ok, but they can upgrade, no cereal corner but it doesnt bother us. overall was ok
