The place is good but a little bit old, might need a little upgrade. The staff was friendly. The garden was beautiful. The food was good but a lot of fly around the food.

This hotel is beautiful, you can enjoy the view in the morning with green view and fresh air. Love the wide and beautiful garden, talks in saung with a fresh breeze, and very welcome and kind staff. Thank you. Maybe will come again with family.

A truly beautiful hidden gem that not many people know about. I even extended my stay because I really felt at home. I got evening snacks, an extra bed including evening snacks and breakfast for only Rp200,000. Close to The Great Asia Afrika, Farm House Lembang, Lembang Floating Market, Mini Mania, and souvenir shops. Everything felt perfect. My room was the cheapest but the service was excellent. All the staff were like family. Basically, if you want to explore Lembang's tourist attractions, just stay here. The food is all delicious. It's surprising how few people know about it, even though the view is so beautiful. The kids can play on the trampoline, etc. Swimming is also fun.

This is an older hotel, so if you have high expectations, you might want to avoid this one. My experience was quite pleasant.
1. The room was quite good, spacious, had air conditioning, a small refrigerator, condiments (but only tea), and an electric kettle. The bed was clean and fragrant. The towels were also clean and fragrant.
2. The bathroom was decent, although the tiled tiles might seem a bit off (they look dirty, but that's actually the pattern). There was a water heater.
3. The breakfast was a bit unique. On weekdays, choose the breakfast package. On weekends, it's a buffet.
> The buffet on Saturday was a bit unprepared because many of the items were sold out and not refilled quickly. I had to wait about 15 minutes for them to be refilled, and even then, one by one, not all at once.
4. The food was delicious. There was a wide variety.
5. You get fried snacks every night from 7 p.m. onwards. They're delivered to your room on weekdays, and on weekends, they're a buffet.

The place is comfortable, cool and the air is clean.
The distance between the road to the hotel is quite far, that's why the noise is not heard from the room.
The ambiance of the room is like an old-school hotel, yellowish lights but clean and comfortable.
Amenities are not that complete, only given a toothbrush and toothpaste.

+ Strategic location, clean yard, nice view outside. - The TV channel in the room suddenly disappeared, the electricity in the room suddenly went off partially, the service from the receptionist was not friendly, the hotel atmosphere at night looked dark, in the hallway to the room on the 2nd floor above the reception there is a display of photos of women (said to be the owner) but sorry it adds to the scary impression and makes you uncomfortable, the KM facilities are minimal and you have to ask the receptionist first,

Saya cukup puas dengan pelayanan dan fasilitas yang saya terima selama menginap. Taman cantik yang terawat dan exterior/interior hotel yang bagus dan udara sejuk membuat hotel ini cocok untuk dijadikan tempat peristirahatan bahkan dilengkapi dengan musholla yang lumayan luas. Hotel ini memiliki tipe kamar terendah deluxe, selebihnya super deluxe, family dan VIP dengan fasilitas dan pelayanan yang diberikan harga yang ditawarkan menurut saya sudah sesuai apalagi ditambah dengan fasilitas kolam renang dan fasilitas sauna yang bisa digunakan oleh penginap/tamu hotel. Fasilitas kamar yang saya tempati tipe deluxe cukup memadai meski channel tv masih lokal, tapi blower kamar mandi mati (atau dimatikan?), gedung tempat kamar-kamar yang bertipe deluxe saat turun hujan bocor di bagian living room dan terasnya saran saya harus segera diperbaiki. Di saat tamu hotel tidak banyak breakfast di restoran tidak menggelar makanannya secara buffet atau prasmanan tapi dilakukan secara alacarte tamu diminta memilih makanan pada menu yang disediakan menurut saya ini hal yang luar biasa karena jarang sekali saya mendapatkan breakfast seperti ini.

Staying 2 nights at La Oma Hotel was very enjoyable and very satisfying. The only drawback is 1, the AC in my room (317) had a problem so it went on and off every 1 hour. Even though the hotel is 3 stars, the service, food and everything else is 5 stars. The staff are friendly, from the security guard to the room cleaning department. Holidays are safe and enjoyable, thank you La Oma Hotel.

We had a great stay at La Oma! Kids were having fun in the park, we enjoyed the good food and the chill weather ambience. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room were clean and tidy. Will definitely come back for a holiday stays 👍
