Hotels near Jakarta International Expo

Nice looking lobby. Lots of things not working. Impressive TV system and 1 of the service is you can order room service through that TV. I ordered food through the system and Waited for 45 mins, nothing come. Call the restaurant and was told, the computer ordering system using the TV not working. No apologies for that breakdown. Lift not working. Went in the lift, press the level I want to go, the light went on for about 2 secs. The lift did not move at all.

I had a great time staying here for a couple of days. The receptionists are really nice and flexible for any request with regards to your satisfaction as well as the room boys/girls. Their smiles are the best. Excellent service experience. See you next!

It was confusing to just even find the entrance to the hotel. I had to drag my suitcase along the staircase as they didn't have elevator from the main door to the lobby, which was very inconvenient. The way to the room was also confusing. As it is located in the major crowded district in Jakarta, it was very noisy all the time: wild race, mosques.

Worth the money … Nice place for quick rest or transit.

We stayed here for an exhibition which was convenient but when we ate in the hotel the food was very disappointing. We ate there twice and both times the food was served cold which is very disappointing especially given the price.

The room is spacious and clean, nice swimming pool, breakfast nice but boring. Bedsheet need to be replace because it was seem so old. One that I don't understand at all, they don't provide tissue in the bed room. I asked the operator and yes they only provide the toilet tissue🙂

Very bad, scary, no recommended.
