I take the family room, 2 beds with my wife and children. My children are satisfied, happy, there is a bathtub, kids channel. My child got sick, threw up on the bed, the roomboy immediately quickly replaced. Friendly service, lent an umbrella when it rains. The place is really cool cafe, rooftop mountain view, friendly prices. Access to panoramas, gadang hours, nearby markets can take a leisurely walk. I am satisfied with the budget out that I got

Royal Denai View Hotel

I am very grateful to the staff at Royal Denai View. The story is that my child's shoes were left in the hotel lobby. However, I only realized it after arriving home, which is three hours from the hotel. The shoes were not ordinary shoes, but therapeutic shoes prescribed by a doctor and my child must wear them. I contacted the hotel and fortunately the shoes were handed over by the guest who found them to the hotel staff. I am very grateful and impressed because the staff I contacted were very friendly. They even helped send the shoes to my house. While the package had not arrived, I asked several times and the staff still answered very friendly. I am very grateful and will never forget this kindness
