Complete facilities like a children's play area, swimming pool, outdoor garden, and many other activities make Le Eminence a one-stop solution for families on vacation. It's also close to a minimarket and the famous Hanjawar satay restaurant. Overall, the room, environment, and facilities were excellent.
A small experience dampened my positive rating. I arrived at the hotel around 2:00 PM and went straight to reception to check in. The receptionist told me the room wasn't ready yet and would inform me when it was. After waiting for about 45 minutes with no response, I finally asked reception again, and was informed that the room was ready. So, you have to take the initiative to ask, because otherwise, it seems like they won't inform you about the room's readiness.

It's been a while since I stayed here. My last stay was under the name Sahid Eminence, and now I'm staying under the name Le Eminence. The natural atmosphere is still pleasant and calming, perfect for a getaway and a short break from the city center. The air is cool and fresh, and it's kid-friendly. Perhaps the downside is that if you're visiting the Puncak area on weekends, there are definitely opening and closing hours that can cause traffic jams. Thankfully, on weekdays, things run smoothly.
