This is my fourth time staying here. I liked staying 1 to 3 times, that's why I keep coming back here. But this time I felt the room I was staying in was not as usual, the mattress was itchy and had lots of stains, making me uncomfortable, so when I slept I put my prayer mat on so it wouldn't itch. The bathroom was cramped, unlike the rooms downstairs. I've always stayed on the ground floor for the 3rd time, and this last time I stayed on the 3rd floor. Bringing a lot of stuff is not recommended at all because it's tiring having to climb the stairs. I won't be staying here again. Oh yeah, one more thing, the AC is cold, but the AC machine is very noisy.

Overall the hotel is comfortable, you just have to go to the 3rd floor... but it's worth it for a business trip.

Ordered food from the room but had to make the transaction downstairs, while the room was on the 3rd floor. And the food was delivered frozen and we had to put it in the microwave ourselves, it was really strange... this is new

It's good and the standard price offers spacious, tidy rooms, a shared water dispenser outside, a drink and snack vending machine. However, the downsides are: - There are no downstairs rooms for seniors or those with leg problems. As a result, you have to climb the stairs to the third floor, which is quite difficult. - Not recommended for those returning home with heavy luggage. Having to carry your own luggage to the third floor is quite tiring. - The soap dispenser doesn't work. It should be checked and repaired or replaced.

The staff is friendly. The room is quite clean and quite comfortable.

First time staying here and very satisfying. The room price is very cheap for a room that is quite spacious and fully equipped. The room is comfortable, there is also a balcony that can see the surrounding scenery. The location is strategic near a quiet housing complex. Easy access and the surrounding area has many cheap food sellers. Overall, it's really great to stay here.

Nothing is missing, everything is good, satisfying and enjoyable.

Stayed for 5 nights, they said the room would be cleaned on the 3rd day but they missed it! (even though they asked & reminded me). 😔 so it was a bit lacking. The next day after being asked again, they cleaned it.

Cheap and cheerful boarding house with a homey vibe. The room is spacious with a balcony, bathroom with hot and cold shower, there is also a dispenser and microwave outside the room. There are several things that need attention in this inn/boarding house. 1. Parking should be arranged more, because there are some guests/boarders who park not in a straight line, which takes up part of the car park that should fit 2 cars so only 1 car can fit 2. Cleanliness of the bathroom, maybe needs a little renovation because water is stagnant outside the shower area. When I first checked in, the bathroom looked neglected, there was a lot of moss and spider webs 3. I don't know if this is a minus or not, but climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor is quite tiring even though the goods are carried by the employees. It's just that he doesn't have the heart to carry everything. 4. I don't know, how many times a day does the person in charge of checking the gallon change the water? Or check every hour. The gallon of water has run out and hasn't been replaced all day That's all my input. But overall the accommodation is really good and could be an option for those who want to stay around PIM.

The staff and room facilities are good, but it's quite tiring to go up to the 3rd floor. Suggestions for the toilets are to pay more attention to their cleanliness and aroma.

Not very happy, I don't think I want to stay here again, the employees tend to be indifferent, but because it was already late and sleepy, I had already booked on Traveloka and was too lazy to look for another one. In a tired condition, I had to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor, there was no service from the employees to help carry my luggage which was quite troublesome to the 3rd floor, it was in accordance with the price, price quality.

Asking for new sheets politely because the existing one was not make me comfortable by some texture on the sheets, but they don't respond me at all. This is not my first time here, I was regularly stay for some business occasion but not for this time.
