Old but still worth it and clean, room very spacious, breakfast has various menus, they have a garden and pool, overall me and my family were satisfied with this hotel... We will consider staying at this hotel again on our next holiday ๐

The mattress needs to be replaced because the foam is already flat
Wifi is not even available on the terrace and can't be reached in the room.
There are no electrical outlets in the bedside table area.
The bathtub is a bit slippery
Other than that, the service, price, and facilities are quite OK

The service during breakfast at the egg station in terms of service, manner of speaking, seemed impolite and unfriendly to local guests. I have stayed at Legian Paradiso Hotel several times, I always get the same treatment from the staff (Devi). I have complained to the manager, hopefully this time it can really be changed in terms of service, not only friendly to foreign guests but also friendly to local guests and please improve your manners!
