The comfortable atmosphere makes it a perfect place for a staycation or family vacation. The front desk service is very satisfying and friendly, as is the entire hotel staff, who always greet you with a smile. I've stayed here twice and have never been disappointed. The location is also very strategic, especially if you plan to visit the Cibodas Botanical Gardens, as it's very close to the hotel. The facilities are quite comprehensive! There's a swimming pool with a beautiful setting, breakfast is included (and the food is absolutely delicious), and there's even a camping area for those looking for a different experience. In short, this hotel is highly recommended for those vacationing in Cipanas and looking for comfortable, strategic, and budget-friendly accommodation. Ambiance/Facilities: The hotel has a very comfortable atmosphere, with the cool Cipanas air. The facilities are complete, including a swimming pool, a camping area, and clean, comfortable rooms. Food: Breakfast is included and is delicious, with a satisfying variety. The food is truly worth it for a hotel in the Puncak area. Staff Assistance: The receptionist was very friendly and responsive, as were the other staff around the hotel, who always helped with a smile. The service truly makes you feel valued as a guest. The room was clean and spacious, and the water heater worked well, but the water level was low in the morning. I don't know if it was due to too many people using it or what. The environment is very beautiful, but many of the buildings are abandoned and should be renovated to make them less creepy and less distracting. The area is very spacious, and there's also a camping ground. You can rent horses (50,000 Rupiah) and electric bikes (65,000 Rupiah) for 0.5 hours. The breakfast was varied and delicious, especially the nasi liwet (rice porridge). The staff were friendly.

Previously, if I wanted to go to Puncak, I would stay here. It was clean and comfortable, but the breakfast was lacking, it was mostly sweet, hehe, but everything was okay. I will stay with my family here.

The hotel is located near various tourist attractions such as Taman Bunga Nusantara and Little Venice, on the main road. However, because it's a resort, the distance from the hotel's main gate to the rooms is quite long. From the entrance, the access is a steep and winding descent. I rode a motorcycle, so I had to hold the brakes constantly. This is a true valley, with a very cool, fresh air and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with the family. Breakfast is quite varied and delicious. There's also a very spacious camping ground, perfect for those who want to camp.

It turns out the place is very spacious because there is a special area for those who want to pitch their own tent. For the villa itself, there are also many choices in terms of size, capacity, and room layout... As for the facilities, you could say they are very complete, for those who want to ride horses, electric bicycles and 4-wheeled APV motorcycles are provided. Overall, pleasant, the only thing lacking and needing improvement is the WiFi connection and cable TV. Thank you.

To escape from fatigue, the atmosphere is supportive, cool, and beautiful. Breakfast served is plentiful and varied. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the sheets, pillowcases, and bed cover is not well-maintained because the ones with black stains are still used.
