This is my second time staying here. A comfortable place for a family vacation, with lots of interesting activities for children. The service is very good and satisfying. By God's grace, my child had a high fever while staying (he already had a mild fever when he left), and was assisted by the staff and security there, especially Mr. Yusuf and Mr. Yunus, starting from being escorted and taken to the nearest clinic, and then taken to a large hospital nearby (because it turned out my child needed treatment at a large hospital). Thank you very much from my heart to the Manager, staff and Security there for their service. For travelers, don't hesitate to bring your family to stay here. Once again, thank you ☺️

The hotel was okay, but unfortunately the shower gel was runny, like it had been mixed with water. And the soap wouldn't come out when you pressed the button. You didn't get shampoo, toothpaste, or a toothbrush. You had to bring your own. There were also not enough lights along the way to the room. It was very dark. Hopefully it will be better in the future... thanks...

To get to the location you have to pass through several quite narrow roads. The service is very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are facilities that are quite fun for families, there is a swimming pool, ATV, aviary, suki n grill, warm water, but amenities such as toothbrushes and sandals are not provided. The comfort of the Saraca type room is very lacking because it is combined with 2 tents into 1, it is very not soundproof especially if the neighboring guests are not understanding and continue to make noise, it is definitely not a suitable destination for finding peace. Cleanliness is okay, the food is quite varied and delicious, the room price includes breakfast is also okay.

The hotel staff was very nice.. Overall it was a pleasant experience because we stayed in 3 rooms with a large family.. It's just that the cleanliness of the room is still not so good, maybe because it's been a long time, so it feels old and the equipment is outdated.. Maintenance is okay but maybe some things should be replaced.. So far, thank you LGE..

Easy access from Bogor city. Second time staying here. Helpful staff. Now on weekends, there's no entertainment near the pool, where you can enjoy meatballs, boiled sweet potatoes, peanuts, and hot drinks. The bath towels may need replacing as they're starting to look dull.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Yesterday I stayed at Pinus 7, the room was quite comfortable. However, when I stayed, there were no toiletries such as soap and shampoo. There were also no slippers or tea or coffee in the room, only mineral water. Then, when I wanted to take a shower, why did the water flow out so slowly? In my opinion, the breakfast lacked variety. Yesterday, the only side dishes for rice were chicken and green beans, not many menus. The swimming pool is nice with a mountain view. Access to the hotel is very easy. The staff is very friendly. Oh, and one more thing, if you bring elderly family members in wheelchairs, I recommend not to, because access to the room is uphill and down stairs.

The place is still beautiful, but unfortunately in front of my room (Kenari) it seems not well maintained, there are many dry leaves in front of the room (terrace). For rooms other than Kenari it seems to look cleaner. The room is comfortable, the bed is best (I ordered 3 beds: 2 size 180, 1 single bed). There are no amenities, only mineral water (it's okay, this is enough). The food is delicious, just a bit pricey. And during breakfast there were very few cutlery because at that time there were many visitors, so there were always not enough plates. The play area is lacking (ATV was not running), the water ball place is not well maintained. Overall it is nice, comfortable, but just lacks maintenance.

The hotel staff are all friendly, and everyone who passed me on the way to my room greeted me politely. When my child asked for a band-aid and first aid kit, they politely provided it. The response time to the receptionist's WhatsApp chat was a bit slow, but if you go directly to the front desk, you'll be well-served. The location is quite easy to find, with ample parking, nice, clean rooms, and the only downside is the steep climbs and descents. My elderly mother had to be a bit more careful walking and couldn't go back and forth freely because the pool and cafe restaurant are located at the top, and the rooms are on the lower level. Otherwise, everything was fine and impressive. I'd recommend this place again for office gatherings, but it's suitable for office gatherings because there's a large field for outdoor activities, and the rooms can accommodate a large group, making it fun to gather, and there's space for meetings and capacity building.
