On weekdays, I'm really scared because there are so few visitors, and there are limited activities because it's so quiet, and the cafe only opens until 6 pm, so if you don't order food, you'll be hungry at night because it's so quiet.

Hot water is not working, technician is slow.

Got room GC06, the very end... even though GC04 was empty, the information was already reserved. The plus point is that there are rarely people walking around, more private. For a 2-star inn, it's quite ok. The place is cool, the air is clean, cool. The lighting is sufficient. Because it came during the crowd, so it wasn't too spooky. The water is clean of course because the inn is on the mountain. Mosquitoes are not too many, at most 2-3 mosquitoes, there are squirrels in the pine trees, quite a lot of ants, their size is quite large. The facilities are quite ok, towels are provided, the pillow covers are quite clean, not smelly, not itchy, but for children it's better to bring their own. The bathroom is clean, there is a shower, toothbrushes and toothpaste are available. There is a water heater. The bed is quite comfortable. There are only a few facilities that need to be improved, you can see them in the photos. Overall, for a 2-star, from the price and facilities, it's quite ok.

Arriving at Lingkung before check-in time, we finally waited at Elji cafe and took photos around. The place is very spacious, with many room types to choose from, from cheerful tents to camper vans, glamping, and cabins. My family and I stayed in the Junior Suite, the room was spacious, with 2 king-size beds + 2 extra beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with a view of the pine forest. The air was cool when it rained until the AC was turned off, but during the day it was quite hot. The balcony area was spacious with 2 chairs and a coffee table, and there was also a cooking area next to it. The television worked well, the room was clean, the staff were friendly and responsive, everything was good, if the hot water was on properly and cooking utensils were provided, it would be even more perfect. The rooms are quite spacious, with a quiet, clean, and comfortable environment. Due to the remote location, signal reception is difficult, and Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms. There is no refrigerator, and breakfast is as described.

The view from the front of the room is really beautiful, overlooking the mountains. However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved. The hot water can only be used in the evening. In the morning, the water is cold, not warm.

I didn't expect the room to be so big. I was happy while I was here. Friendly staff, complete facilities. Competitive prices. Our family really enjoyed coming here. Thank you

The staff is very friendly, fast and did not have to wait long to be escorted to the room. The room is also OK, I thought the shared bathroom was outside the room, but it turned out to be inside the room. We stayed in the Glamour Camp room type with an additional 1 single bed for 100k. The atmosphere is very calm, I like it, but somehow because it is under the trees, there are often big black ants on the terrace of the room and in the bathroom closet, they don't bite but maybe it's uncomfortable for some visitors. For me personally, it's not a problem at all. For food, you can order at Elji Cafe, the place to eat is delicious, comfortable, the staff are very friendly, but for the taste of the food, I think it's just B.

the room size is spacious, in the room there was a small striped snake that didn't know where it came from because when I woke up it was already near the door. overall the room is nice, clean, comfortable, spacious. the service is also okay, only the restaurant is only open until 18.00 and was not informed beforehand and the distance in and out of the environment is far from everywhere😁

Water heater overflows. Pool is very dirty. Even though it's weekend. It should have been cleaned before the weekend. Mini zoo is gone. Live music is gone. Breakfast is delivered to the room. Friendly staff. Seems to have dropped in grade from 2 years ago. The environment looks poorly maintained. Next time I don't want to come back.

The accommodation and the surrounding air are very refreshing. However, the facilities still seem to be less than optimal.

Please improve the access road from the main road and provide lighting. The view is good during the day but at night it's a bit scary because I experienced unpleasant things, fortunately the FO was quick to respond.

Check in can be early and I can change the room position as desired, complete amenities, great. Thx mountain environment.

The road to get there is damaged, the building is not well maintained, the bathroom is also not clean, the water heater is dead, only one side of the swimming pool can be used, the other side is dirty, basically it does not meet expectations. The 2 good ones are the view and the taste of fried rice at the cafe. So it is not good for taking pictures either.

Fasilitas kamar minimal banget. Lemari gak ada, Kamar mandi kuotor. Dari pagi jam 7 air mati gak hidup-hidup. Sampai saat ini air belum hidup selama 2,5 jam. Untuk sarapan pagi hanya nasi goreng telor ceplok bakwan dan acar. Minum teh dan air putih. Thats it. Harga 900rb. Kopi latte cup harga 29rb rasa 5rb (malam mimpi starbuck jdnya) Kacau. Mohon pihak hotel diperbaiki lagi pelayanannya. Kalo emang gak mampu melayani cust plg gak ada kompensasi nya. Lah ini semua pegawainya ditanyain kpn air hidup pd susah dicari.

They did not clean up our room before our arrival, very dusty, one pillow no cover, very dirty towels, no tissue, no mineral water, broken e-fan. We waited for 30 minutes for them to clean up our room. The breakfast was really bad: tasteless terong, chicken, bakwan. The management should really improve their service to extend their strategy in this declining phase. Good luck!
