From a transit purpose, yet I get beyond my expectation. The room is clean and spacious, the staffs are responsive and really friendly, the restaurant is offering various menu and great taste. With commercial surrounding, you can get what you need just in time. The neighborhood is really good so that I can do jogging in the morning comfortably.

I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights, and overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel room was clean, the staff was very friendly and responsive, and the breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The hotel has direct access to Metro Indah Mall, making it easy to shop or find entertainment there. The hotel area is surrounded by shops, which are very convenient for all your needs, including food and beverage outlets. There are also various banks if you need to withdraw cash, and there is a shuttle bus from here directly to Soekarno-Hatta Airport and back. It was a very pleasant stay, and I will definitely stay here if I visit Bandung again.

It does't represent under the name of Luminor Hotel at all. They should really renovate the hotel. It is so old. It doesnt looks goos like in gallery hotel at all. Lightning are too minim in the room Carpet was so dirty,hallway looks old and unproper maintain. You have to fill up your own water in hallway with dispenser. Bed was small. TV signal are no good. Lift has weird sound. feels so old and i dont know if they to maintanance for the lift or not.

The tissues were out of stock both in the room and on the coffee table. The soap was unusable and smelled bad, and the shower was broken. Hotel management didn't regularly check each room for cleanliness. Very disappointing.

Under the lamp table next to the bed, there was probably rubbish from the previous guest. In the bathroom there was no barrier between the shower and the sink, so it flooded when I took a shower and there was no mat provided... I got the room at the very end.

Very unfortunate, when we saw in side the room, my wife seem does not happy with the clean. So we buy voucher again for Preanger Hotel Bandung (5 star) instead. I have talk with the office manager this afternoon (August 27th) , he say very sorry and will manage for cancelled 1 day and proceed refund 1 day.

Stayed here for a business trip. The location is strategic, close to a shopping center, making it easy to find food. It's close to an ATM, and the breakfast menu is quite varied. The room was dirty on the first day, but clean the next day. The carpet in the room should be cleaned or vacuumed. Honestly, the carpet is very old and dusty. Overall, the rest is quite clean.
