I saw from outside the building, and I thought it was such a great hotel. But when I came into the room. It was horrible. The floor is crack, the sofa looks so dirty, the water from toilet always leaking. I decided to ask receptionist to change my room. But they said all the rooms are full, they asked me to upgrade the room into deluxe, plus Rp 50,000 we choose the deluxe. It looks better than previous room they choose for us. The breakfast not so bad, but the view was really bad. I decided to took pictures of my views. Actually this is a great hotel if they do renovation all the sides. I know this old hotel, but don't show it to guests please. It looks creepy. Ooh and the receptionist broke my luggage 🙁 sad

A comfortable 4-star hotel, near Malang Square, near the station too, the wifi is also smooth, but the swimming pool is not clean, the toilet near the swimming pool is also dirty, hopefully the cleanliness can be further improved. Overall it's good, it's great.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic. Friendly hotel service. Can check in early at no extra cost. Facilities such as air conditioning, hot water, refrigerator can function properly. There are hangers in the wardrobe as well. Toiletries (soap, shampoo, brush and toothpaste) are also ready. Thank you tychi.

It's pretty good, it's a shame when I went there again in the rainy season so the swimming pool wasn't opened. Overall okay, I got a room with a balcony so I could see out of the room.

The reception service is good, the rooms are a little dirty, the hot water often doesn't come out, even at 10 am the water in the shower doesn't come out at all, the swimming pool changing area is inadequate, access to the swimming pool also rotates through the lobby, the breakfast menu is spicy, all so small only eat fried rice without side dishes

The lights in the rooms are dead, the breakfast menu choices are less varied, the swimming pool is dirty, it's a shame. The rest is just comfortable.

The room maintenance is further improved, because it does not match the picture in the application, the cleanliness is improved again, the same if you are not a family you should not be given a connecting room, it sounds very noisy, or is educated beforehand so you don't disturb it early in the morning.

The condition of the hotel is not the same as the photos, very different, the carpet is dirty, the bathroom is not maintained. The staff is not working without wearing masks, while staying at the hotel the lights are off from midnight until morning there is no action. Why isn't there a generator for hotel class? The price is too expensive for poor service and facilities that are different from the photos in the application.

This hotel is very far from 4-star standards, the receptionist service does not follow health protocols or does not wear a mask and when leaving the elevator on the 4th floor it is obvious that the floor carpet has never been cleaned and when entering the room, it was found that the floor of the room was very dirty and filled with spots. spots and dust, damaged room ceilings, dirty and unkempt room walls and also damaged cabinets and curtains full of dust, it is not recommended to stay at this hotel especially for those who have asthma and respiratory allergies.

How come a 4 star hotel is ugly like this, when the receptionist comes with a small table in front it is not attractive, the building has a lot of faded paint, this room is one of the expensive executive king room types but how come it's like an ordinary room, just entering the room is greeted with dirty spots on it floor, floor when stepped on a lot of dust like never cleaned, lots of hair dirt, dust, dirty dirt in every part of the room and in the corners of the room, the bathroom smells fishy, dirty, dirty, the bathroom lights are dim like horror, goosebumps, and there is yellow stagnant water, really dirty, especially the bed sheets are really dirty, there are blood stains, liquid stains are not clear, the color of the sheets is dirty black and there are lots of stains everywhere, the pillows are also dirty there are stains, on the edge of the bed there is no socket so no you can charge your cellphone or laptop while lying down and if you want to charge there is only one on the table, a small Panasonic TV not Android, the room lights are dim like there is horror, dirty, disgusting dirty, lots of cracked ceilings, at first I didn't want to take this hotel, because the hotel that I wanted to run out of was forced to choose this hotel, it turned out to be really bad, uncomfortable, scary, horror, the phone was dead, I couldn't call the receptionist, the air conditioner wasn't cold enough.
