This place was simply amazing. Top-tier service, food, and amenities, with a really affordable price for a 5-star service. The swimming pool is huge, right on the beach where it is easy to find surf classes, cocktails, nice music, and even morning and afternoon pool activities. Within 20 minutes walking distance from the center, and with free shuttles and bikes offered to the guests. The food was amazing, and the breakfast had an incredible amount to choose from.

A very nice hotel in a prime location in Canggu. The hotel is clean, and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. During my 3-day stay, the food menu varied and was both delicious and plentiful. The large pool has direct access to the beach, and the sunset view is stunning. There’s also ample parking. The only downside is the elevator access; I happened to get a room at the far end, 501. The distance from the room to the elevator and from the elevator to the lobby is very far. The elevator should have been close to the room, but it was out of order at the time. Maybe if I return for a vacation to Bali, it will be accessible by then. If asked whether I would stay there again if I return to Bali, the answer is definitely yes.

We stayed for 4 nights and 3 nights, and every time the room was cleaned, a laundry bag was always provided, but we had to ask for it first. They only gave us 1 bottle of bottled water per day. The location of the lobby and parking lot are quite far away. If it rains heavily, you can imagine how difficult it is to get in and out of the car to get to the lobby.

Toilet in the public area (Vue Beach Club) was super dirty. The room ambiance and environment are old and look bad for a 4/5-star hotel. The management really needs to improve cleanliness and even do a big renovation and improve the hotel quality.

it was nice hotel to stay with family while vacation in bali tho the check in procces was quite dissaponted for me cus the staff was telling something that i shouldnt know cus that was they prob and the 3rd party anywy i had a really good time while stayed here the room was good and huge with dining table area and living room was so surprizzzzed to gave me a complimentary bday cake as i spent my bday day in this hotel and i am very greatfull for that and appriciaated but the hotel area nearby is nothing interesting so while stayed here i better stay and explored hotel facilities etc the variety of the bfast was just fine for me but the staff was friendly and helpfull so was just fine they were upgrade my room which i booked for a 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom was quite NOT nice like it should be anyway cus they just let say upgrade but they put that room far away from anywhere which room 302 so i have to walk away very far from lobby and everywhere cus the room is out of SPACE let just said that and the lift nearby it was under maintanance so the lift was able or stair is all the way in the back of the hotel which mean near by the vue resto was quite dissapointed for me while bring my parent with wheelchair and stay in another room 107 it was insane for me to be upgrade while i have to said it was downgrade but i say what i said it was nice and friendly hotel i didnt mean any bad comment but that was my feedback on my side for your future advice improvement as a person who work in hospitality industry and travellers my self i spent a day at vue beach club as well it was great time to spend with my fams was nice coconut and lovely pinacolada which i asked to be frozen blended as my req to bartender and they did well very good of ur chic wings and pepperoni pizza and i asked honey mustard was great with not very prizeyyy which mean affordable housekeeping team was very helpful and kind anyway i would like to say thank you for ur staff hospitality good service *_*

Location: The location is excellent, right by the seaside. You can enjoy direct views of the ocean from the hotel restaurant, which makes breakfast especially enjoyable. The morning view of the waves creates a very relaxing and memorable experience. Service & Facilities: The service is great. Staff are consistently friendly and greet you warmly with a smile. One facility I really liked is the availability of electric bikes, which makes it convenient and fun to explore the hotel surroundings. The room is very spacious. I stayed in a one-bedroom suite that includes a sofa, TV, dining table, and a working desk. I also appreciated the personalized welcome message displayed with my name. The large balcony is another highlight. The bedroom comes with a large wardrobe, and the bathroom is well-equipped with a bathtub, double sinks, a separate shower room, and a separate toilet. Areas for Improvement: There were a few aspects that could be improved: The lighting is quite dim. While the warm yellow lighting creates a cozy atmosphere, it felt too dark for such a large room and was slightly uncomfortable at times. The shower pressure is too strong and feels harsh. The controls are not very intuitive, and adjusting the water temperature is quite difficult. The bathtub also seemed a bit outdated and not as well-maintained as expected. Room Comfort: Very comfortable overall. The spacious layout really enhances the stay experience. Meals: The breakfast selection is decent and varied, including options like pork bacon, Indian dishes, and salads. However, the desserts were not to my personal preference. Overall: Considering the price and facilities offered, this is a great hotel to stay in. The main improvement I would suggest is better lighting in the room.
