The room's AC wasn't cold, tending to be hot. Eventually, we changed rooms. The next problem was the leaking shower. The chair in the room was also unstable, and if you weren't careful, it could collapse.

The hotel staff is friendly and security is on time.

Love the stay here. The room has a nice ambiance and most importantly the bathroom is spacious. It has different spaces for the toilet, shower, and washroom. We asked for a connecting room, and the admin was really responsive. Though breakfast was so-so because we came at around 8.30 (breakfast time 7-10am), the fruit was empty and it took quite a long time until it got refilled. Overall we like this hotel. Hope maybe next time we get a room on a higher floor.

It was very comfortable. From the service and the rooms to the breakfast, everything was delicious, even though there wasn't much choice. I'd definitely stay there again if I went to Bandung.

This is a nice place I stayed in. Breakfast tasted great!

The four of us (4 adults) booked a King and Deluxe room with connecting doors, without breakfast, and received excellent service from the front desk. The hotel is located on a residential street, so it's not too busy, but it's strategically located and easily accessible. Our room was on the lobby floor, clean and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were quick. The bathroom was clean, with fresh towels, working hot water, and the air conditioning also worked well. While there wasn't a refrigerator in the room, there was an electric kettle for coffee and tea. Although the view from the room window faced a wall, it wasn't a problem for us because we spent most of our weekends outside the hotel, enjoying Bandung's culinary delights. The hotel's location is very strategic and easily accessible on foot, including various restaurants and culinary delights on Jalan Tirtayasa, Jalan Dago, Gedung Sate, the Gempol culinary scene, the Cihapit market, and the Braga area. It's perfect for those who enjoy walking to avoid Bandung's weekend traffic. Overall, we were happy. Thank you, M-Premiere Hotel.

Hello, I stayed at M Premier for 3 nights. The location is very strategic, walking distance to favorite places. The room is spacious enough, so it's comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. And enough for a family. As for the cleanliness of the bathroom, it could be improved, especially the walls and glass need to be cleaned (Hard General Cleaning). Otherwise, I was very happy.

The staff was very helpful during the reservation process, providing a room with a connecting door. Check-in was quick and convenient. The room was clean and adequately sized. The food was varied and delicious. The overhead shower was problematic; it wouldn't switch from hand shower all the way to the showerhead. The Wi-Fi was problematic on the last day, from morning until check-out.

The hotel's facilities and cleanliness are indeed clean, but there are some things that are uncomfortable for me. Maybe because I checked in via an app voucher, I was given an uncomfortable room, connecting door with other people, even though it was still quiet at check-in, but when I asked to move, the reason was full even though it was still Monday and the parking area and hotel area I saw were still quiet, I thought because I used an app voucher, they prioritized the guest published rate, the price was also different, it's okay .... I know the room assignment system because I am a hotelier, but if it is appropriate if there is still a VC room (Vacant Clean Room), why not exchange it or because I bought an app voucher? Because the connecting door with other guests is noisy from the connecting room next door with the sound of small children to the point that I couldn't sleep, in fact, I didn't sleep at all. The breakfast was decent, but the taste was a bit lacking and the cutlery smelled a bit fishy. After breakfast, I wanted to take a nap but I didn't sleep at all because of the noise, it turned out there was a housekeeper carrying a trolley, probably doing make-up in the room in front of the room, the noise was even louder. Just for info, for those who want to celebrate a birthday or honeymoon, this hotel doesn't seem suitable. Because I also intended to surprise them for their birthday by requesting towel folding, but it turned out there was none (usually in other hotels), but I understand that maybe they don't provide that facility. It's a bit regretful that my intention to staycation for my birthday turned out to be a bad day. Thank you to Hotel M Premiere, this year was the most memorable birthday.

The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, as it's located in a residential area. Viral culinary spots are on either side, and Sari-Sari is just a short walk away.
