Booked use TPaylater. No coffee, tea, water , electric kettle available in the room, hot water/ water heater , no shower , breakfast they bring to the room just okay, 2 nights stay with free breakfast. Sorry to be honest it's just same like boarding school room, not equal with the price hotel room. In Malang ,can get same like this price with the nice room and facilities . Anyway thanks for all still can rest and relax in the room .

The room was spacious and clean. The lack of a TV wasn't a big deal since it was just a transit room. Unfortunately, although the app clearly states a two-person stay, only one bottle of water and one towel are provided. Hot water would have been nice.

If possible, the receptionist should be on standby at the desk, not in the room. There are lots of mosquitoes in the room, why can't the TV be turned on? The water is running low, there is no shower.
