It's nice here, it's quiet, the view is still beautiful, it's close to the station, you can walk there, the downside is they don't sell snacks here, they only sell drinks, if you want to buy food in front there's a person selling grilled chicken which is quite expensive, if you want to buy snacks you have to walk to the west, there's a grocery store, if you want to withdraw money go to Alfamart which is only 600 meters away😃

The place tends to be quiet and a bit scary. The service is not friendly for the waiters who are men. From the beginning of arrival until check out did not get good service, tended to be curt/grunt. The toilet is not smooth, the water tap is trouble. Hopefully it will be evaluated soon, thx.

Room cleanliness is ok, outside bathroom is ok (standard type), room facilities are ok even though the AC is not too cold, wifi doesn't reach up to the 2nd floor but on the 1st floor the wifi is smooth There are also many food sellers in the surrounding area, just go out towards the highway

The room price if you change rooms is not reasonable, the staff is not sensitive in providing facilities every day if you stay for a week, the shared bathroom is dirty, the sink is broken, the warm water is broken, the water cover for the sitting toilet doesn't have a lid so it looks like it's a mosquito ground, I've complained but it turns out It's been like that for a long time, the guy's urinal was broken and couldn't be used. The conditions in the room were apparently not replaced with towels and other things, because the smell was bad, the room floor was dirty, the hotel was quiet and the weather was in the village (the road to the hotel was badly damaged). My review, for God's sake, is honest about what I experienced during my first stay here. Hope it helps 🙏🏻.

The room price we paid was quite in line with what we got. The hot water works, the AC is quite cold, the room is spacious, you can get towels and mineral water, but unfortunately the room lights are not bright enough and the AC is positioned right above your head. In general quite satisfied.

Thank you for the review. We have clarified your complaint with our officers and apparently there were no complaints from you while staying here. Every day our officers always carry out routine checks into each room to anticipate any damage/obstacles and immediately report it to us. And at the time before and after you stayed, there were no guests in the same room, conveying what you complained about. Because air conditioning, water and faucets / channels are the main comfort of guests while staying. Regardless of the shortcomings we have, so far we have always been responsive to direct complaints from guests. And as soon as possible we overcome and find a solution. The bedrooms are very comfortable and clean. The mattress is quite large and very soft, the air conditioner is cold, there is a tv that works and the layout is exactly as pictured. There is also a lot of public seating outside the room and I think the view is quite nice. There is a prayer room with mukena and sarong that visitors can use. What should be noted is that for several types of rooms such as this type of twin bed, it turns out to be an outdoor bathroom, for 1 floor with several types of rooms that are outside (including dorm rooms, it seems) there is only 1 bathroom, but it doesn't matter because when I stayed the hotel was not many visitors. Note to the hotel to fix the 2nd floor bathroom door handle because it is often jammed and difficult to open. Suggestions for friends who want to stay in peak season / big holidays can consider booking a room with an en suite bathroom only because of the limited number of bathrooms in some room types.

Tempatnya cukup nyaman, bersih, dan tenang serta staf yang ramah. Hanya saja untuk sinyal wifi yang kurang bagus, sehingga tidak bisa menjangkau ke kamar, baru lancar kalau mendekat ke area resepsionis. TV memang hanya ada siaran UHF, sudah saatnya beranjak diubah ke sistem siaran digital, sehingga tamu menjadi nyaman melihat gambar yang bagus dan bersih.

Penginapan tidak jauh dari pusat kota, dekat dengan terminal, dan di sekitar masih ada yang jual makanan. Akses jalan dekat jalan raya. Cocok untuk menginap bersama keluarga, staff ramah sekali, selalu sedia di lobby dan cepat respon. Sarapan bukan prasmanan, langsung di kirim ke kamar, dan enak. Sedikit terganggu karena ada semut merah, tapi langsung minta semprotan ke resepsionis langsung dikasih. Tempatnya luas, kamar mandi bersih, kasur dan bantal empuk. Selain itu, ada ruang terbuka yang luas. Harga murah tetapi kualitas tetap diutamakan. Terima kasih banyak Matoh Guesthouse.
