Pelayanan sangat buruk. Kodisi bangunan seperti tidak terawat dengan baik. Banyak sampah yang berserakan. Saya sudah reservasi melalui aplikasi, namun saat check in sempat di tolak karena tidak ada di sistem, sempat debat. Saya telah menunjukkan bukti reservasi juga tidak percaya, padahal saya sudah bayar lunas. Kondisi kamar lusuh sekali dan suram.

Bangungan hotel tampak seperti tidak terawat dengan baik. Di gedung lantai 2, banyak sampah berserakan. Kondisi kamar lusuh. Pelayanan buruk sekali. Saya sudah booking melalui aplikasi dan sempat debat dengan resepsionis dengan menunjukkan bukti reservasi dari aplikasi tetapi tidak dipercaya. Padahal pihak hotel tidak cek dengan teliti di sistem lama, dan ternyata sistem lama masih berjalan.

Favorite hotel since high school, the location is good. You can rent a motorbike at the hotel. To Kuta near you can walk too. The Pandemic condition in Legian is quiet, hopefully it will be recovered soon

Pros: check in is fast with nice staff and location is right in the middle of Kuta. Downside, hotel is old. The room is dark, dirty bathroom, pool not so great. Seriously, I wouldn't come back to this hotel even this hotel is very cheap

Disappointing just entered the hotel like this, dirty, puddle of water, the sink clogged even though I had asked to move rooms but the water was still bleating. Ask for a dirty water heater in which there are used noodles. Please help if you want to give consumers a check first. Ask for boiling water. The water smells fishy. So bad
