For me, the only thing that's hard is climbing stairs, but it's okay, I consider it exercise, but for people with disabilities, I don't know if there's a way other than stairs or not. Actually, the details of the building, rooms, and cleanliness are very good. But at first, because I'm from outside, the AC tends to be less cold. It's not a problem for me. I like the room facing the morning sun directly... it's pleasant. I see the staff are also friendly. The location is good. The lights are turned off at night. Maybe because it reduces the load due to the low occupancy rate. Overflow.. For me, who only needs it for transit.. it's enough. The water isn't cold either, it's hot.... in fact, I like it like the natural village water.. it's enough.... I hope the hotel sells well.. so it can return to normal operations like when it first opened.... eman, basically the building is sturdy and the details are good... it's a shame if it loses to others.. because it could actually be better than others...

Actually it's quite good, just not well maintained. It feels like an expensive hotel but quite old so the facilities are complete but not well maintained. The rooms are very spacious but dusty and the lighting is lacking, staying in 2 rooms, 1 room's AC is noisy and not cold. Staying here feels like having your own hotel. The free breakfast is still decent even though many say otherwise, it's just not a buffet.

1. Hotel terkesan seram, habis subuh lampu koridor sudah dimatikan, padahal masih sangat gelap. 2. Staff tidak peka, saat check-in saya harus membawa barang saya sendiri sambil menggendong anak saya, dan staff yang mengantar ke kamar hanya jalan ngeluyur saja. 3. Breakfast dikasih nasi kotak, tidak seperti hotel yang bisa pilih menu sendiri di resto. 4. Hotel sepi seperti kuburan.

We booked a Delux room but there was no window, we topped up the Excellent room which had a window, the room condition was OK but the air conditioner was not cold and noisy, the sanitary closet flash was broken, the room smell was also bad, the cupboard was a lot of damage. The equipment is dusty and lacks maintenance.

Kamar pertama masuk WC kalau di flush bau spetic tank, baunya ngeri di kamar, lapor, pindah kamar lain lampu di samping tidur tak nyala, panggil teknisi ganti unit perangkat lampu, yang terakhir nggak ada air panas. Hotel berbintang nghak ada art panas, astaga.

Strategic location, but room facilities are not according to price. I got room 109 on April 29, 2023. There was no hot water, the hot water thermos didn't work, the room telephone didn't work, the air conditioner wasn't cold. But the room is spacious and clean. There is a swimming pool but the water is cloudy. Please maintain the quality because the price is equivalent to 3 stars.

The hotel is actually good but the maintenance is lacking, like the hotel lobby is hot, the dark room hallways don't have lights, the elevator is also under repair even though it can finally be used. The breakfast menu is delivered to the room without being able to choose a menu and it just tastes normal. The room air conditioner is also very cold for a long time. TV channels also have a few choices.

Maybe because of the effect of covid-19 so that the hotel condition is quiet and lacking maintenance, I ordered a Superior Twin Bed Room, when I arrived at the hotel & confirmed the mattress you wanted was twin, the receptionist was like a shock, it seems there is a miss communication between the hotel and the online agent because it looks like the hotel is preparing a Superior room with a single bed instead of twin beds, so when I was escorted to the room, the condition of the room had not been cleaned, it could be indicated by the condition of the room floor which was dusty, the mattress was dusty, the TV power plug that had not been plugged in. . And also the condition of the room is quite disappointing, old school air conditioner that is not cold and noisy, hotel sandals that are worn like people used but for TV it is not bad because they already use cable TV and the bathroom is spacious, the water is also fast, the swimming pool facilities are not maintained as low as when I was the condition came like a fish pond full of moss and dirty and lastly I felt cheated by the picture, because I thought at first the location of the room was in the main building which looked luxurious, it turned out that for the regular room it was located down and then behind the main building, a bit tiring and dark at night.

It's not fun because I have to move rooms because the air conditioner is off, on the 4th floor, it turns out the hot water can't ... For breakfast it's rationed per plate not buffet ... but thank God it's comfortable, it can be good.
