This Mega Hotel & Resort is recommended Hotel in Megamendung. The staff is very friendly, check-in is late around 10pm but the room is ready. About 1 minute directly to the room and get grapes and oranges upon check-in. It's rare to find something like this. The rooms are also comfortable, there are balconies too. Easy car parking, breakfast delivered to the room and nice. The best, the hotel is very close to the supermarket, culinary and souvenir center. At check-out can be a tumbler 😄. Thanks for all.

The hotel is poorly maintained, the bathroom door is broken, the balcony is dirty, the wifi cannot be accessed, the swimming pool is dirty and mossy, the swimming pool is not private but the village children can swim freely in the hotel, security is lacking

surprisingly hotelnya bagus!!! pelayanan ramah, kamarnya rapih bersih, ac dingin, kasur empuk, toilet bersih. ada fasilitas kulkas, laci2, lemari dan sofa juga. Area hotelnya pun bersih, kolam renang bersih, ngga ada kesan horror sama sekali. soon akan kembali lagi bermalam disini. terima kasihhh dan sukses selalu!

Strategically located next to Indomaret, the atmosphere is comfortable and not noisy, the staff is friendly, even though I checked in late because I had work, the staff remained professional and didn't ask for money, and check out wasn't rushed either. It's truly the best. I'll definitely be back. Top notch!!

The hotel's location is easy to reach on the edge of the Puncak highway. There are many choices of places to eat nearby. There is an Indomaret next to the hotel. Highly recommended for another stay.

Friendly staff, strategic location and please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room, the sheets, pillow cases and towels are yellow and dirty, please change them, then the AC is also not cold enough, the bathroom door is a little broken, then the door to the next room is noisy, a little disturbing.
