The service was really lacking, when I checked in, I waited for the room to be cleaned until the afternoon, it was stressful waiting.

Not really recommended to be used as a vacation spot. The receptionist is also not qualified. The place or the entire room needs rejuvenation or renovation so that all facilities function properly. Etc

Pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan, awalnya dikasih kamar di lantai 3. Pas sampai di kamar dan dicek pas mau mandi air gak mengalir. Coba tanya dan komplain lama direspon akhirnya di pindah lantai 1. Sampai di kamar lantai 1 lantai kamar licin sekali dan berbau, kamar mandi juga. Pas mau masak air buat kopi. Ternyata kopi saset dan gula tidak ada. Sunggu kecewa sekali. Semoga hotel ini bisa berbenah. Karena sayang kalau tidak ada perbaikan. Posisi tempat hotel sudah strategis. Kalau pengelolahan hotel tidak baik. Alamat semua tamu tidak akan pernah lagi mau mengulang ke sini.

The parking lot is narrow, the towels provided are torn, the air conditioner is broken. The waiters are friendly and good in responding to complaints from guests.
