Check-in was quite fast from the receptionist to the room, the vehicle parking is quite spacious with both outdoor and basement areas, breakfast is quite delicious to be enjoyed on the 5th floor with a city view, and complimentary mineral water that can be refilled independently. There are 2 dispensers on each floor. What needs to be improved is that the refrigerator inside is a bit less cold and the backlight of the bed needs to be repaired, otherwise it is quite good. When arriving at Mercure, the hotel staff was ready to welcome us with a friendly welcome. But unfortunately, no one helped us carry our luggage even though we had to bother bringing 2 children. The staff seemed to still lack the courage to interact with guests. The rooms and cleanliness were good. The hallways were fragrant with jasmine and soundproof. The breakfast menu was also delicious and complete.
