Cons: The staff isn't very friendly, the room smells a bit damp, and parking is difficult. Pros: The location is strategic, close to the main road, and the sheets are quite clean. Hopefully, it can improve, but I won't be returning here again.

It's very close to Campus C, and the cleanliness is good. The air conditioning works normally. The rooms are small, but they're well-suited for the price. Unfortunately, the road to the location isn't paved, so there's a lot of dust in the parking area.

It is really interesting to stay at this hotel, the price is friendly, the location is quiet, there are snacks and puddings as well as healthy drinks, the staff is helpful, however, even though it is written on traveloka and also informed that the room is non-smoking, the smell of cigarettes that sticks to the walls of the hotel room is very strong in room 106. It is better to do a deep cleaning so as not to disturb the comfort of customers and make customers become third-hand smokers which is very dangerous for health.

I had booked about two days in advance for two nights. I arrived past 9 PM, but it felt like my room hadn't been properly prepared. I only received one towel, even though my child and I were alone. The towel I received was dirty and disgusting. When I asked for a cleaner one, they told me they didn't have any more. According to the staff on duty that night, the room was in limited condition. The entire room and everything in it was dirty. Even the trash can in my room still had trash from the previous guest. We could hear the electricity bill constantly. I even woke up around 3 AM because the bill was getting louder. My child woke up because his feet were dripping with water leaking from the ceiling. The sheets, pillowcases, and pillows were extremely dirty, as if they hadn't been changed in a long time. When I arrived, there was even some liquid still on the sheets. I still have many complaints about this hotel/lodging. Finally, the next morning at 8 AM, I checked out, even though I had already booked another night.

The AC is cold, the water heater works, the location is easy to find, the check in and check out process is easy. Unfortunately the sheets are dirty, there are many stains like oil, there are sticky iron stains. The bathroom is very crusty. The room is also not soundproof either from the outside or from the inside. The road in front of the hotel is still bad, muddy when it rains. The parking lot is narrow, can't get a parking space so park on the side of the road. huff

the room is clean, there is a trash can, the TV channels are complete, minus the limited parking and the shower is already set to cold but sometimes the hot water comes out so you have to wait a few seconds for it to cool down. so far worth it for this price.

The hotel area is very quiet, the location is strategic, but there are no vehicles passing by in front of the hotel. Suitable for a short break in the middle of the city that is budget-friendly. Clean rooms, non-smoking. If you want to smoke, there is a fairly quiet public space on the hotel terrace. The room layout is quite comfortable, although the small room does not feel cramped. 8/10 for a hotel in its class.
