This is my 2nd time staying there. I love the initiative of providing water dispenser at the corridor to avoid plastic bottle waste. The hotel contributes greatly to environmental conservation. The room is super cozy with good lighting and amenities. Internet connection is also good, and I have no complaint about it. The staff is exceptionally friendly, from the doorman, to the front desk, to room service.

The price doesn't match the condition of the room. The hallway leading to the room is more luxurious because it's carpeted and smells nice compared to the room without carpet and not smelling good. My first experience staying there was that there was no bathroom mat, and I had to call the front office twice to get one.

This is my second stay here. Easy access, close to restaurants, minimarkets, and cafes. I booked a non-smoking room for two days, but when I arrived on the first day (evening), it turned out there were only smoking rooms available. Luckily, the hotel team was quick to reorganize the room so the smell of cigarette smoke wasn't too noticeable. They even managed to upgrade me to a non-smoking room the next morning. Thank you to all the friendly and responsive staff. Keep it up! 🤗🫶🏻
