Kecewa. Saya sudah booking sebelumnya. Tapi karena check in malam dikasih kamar yang mengecewakan. Awal saya dikasih kamar 516 tapi banyak kurangnya (keset, gelas, meja di samping kasur copot/tidak ada). Saya komplain, dikasih kamar lain (prosedur pindah kamar juga ga ramah). Eh di kamar yang baru 802 sprtinya sudah lama ga dipakai. Banyak serangga di toilet bahkan di kamar seperti gambar, banyak serangga yang kecil-kecil yang tidak terfoto. Mau komplain lagi sudah capek dan malas liat responnya. Mohon diperhatikan dan jadi bahan perbaikan. Terima kasih.
