The room met our expectations in cleanliness and amenities. What stood out as excellent was the customer service and friendliness and attention to guests, from the reception and dining staff all the way to the Executive Chef Syawal. And the location of the hotel is right in the center of the city, walking distance to eateries, souvenirs, and sightseeing. I would gladly recommend this hotel.

The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, you can check in at 1 pm, it's comfortable, close to the clock tower, but the cleanliness of the room, toilet and drinking equipment should be improved, how come there's green moss on the drinking bottle?
