The hotel looks like it is going out of business, even though it has been a regular for our family, unlike 2 years ago, the bathroom is dirty, the room is dusty, the room we chose was the Exotic type but had minimal facilities, the blanket was dusty, the bathroom was slippery and dirty, there was no heater for tea and coffee, the towels were more suitable for mats, the pillow cases were full of stains and smelled, the price was quite expensive but not commensurate with the service

Mohon maaf sekali. Pengalaman bermalam kali ini kurang mengenakkan. TV rusak, 2 jam kemudian diganti TV baru. Kamar berisik karena dari kamar sebrang ada tukang, saya di kamar 223. Harusnya saya dipindah ke kamar depan saya misalnya ada reparasi di kamar seberang. Pagi saat mau breakfast petugas yang di dapur tidur, untung satpam sangat garcep dan ramah. Jam 10 pagi depan kamar masih kotor.

This was my late cousin ' s favorite hotel and quite famous within the city. When I was here, the staffs were exceptionally friendly. The room could be better because one soap container was stuck and too lazy to complain. The room was a bit below the expectation with cover wasn't as clean as I hoped but the AC was cold and the room was comfortable so far. The TV programs could be better too. It was nice while it lasted but my cousin has left for several years so I understood that there would be changes by now. Still, although not too over the top, but it was a good experience.

Pretty good hotel for now. The only downside is that in the hotel area, the internet connection is very difficult, and the hotel's wifi doesn't support it well either. Please the hotel management to fix the wifi problem immediately because it is very important to us.
