My favorite hotel when I go to Bandung, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, there is a swimming pool too, it is close to everywhere and there are lots of culinary delights in front of the hotel...

2 connecting rooms = 987 thousand Rupiah. What we got: 1. A thick, dried stain the size of a thumb was immediately visible on the edge of the top blanket, and several strands of what looked like a man's hair were also visible. 2. The other bed immediately showed a wrinkled sheet that had been sat on, propped up against the pillow, with several strands of hair and dirty shoe prints. 3. The cleaning staff had a lingering body odor that lingered after leaving both rooms for a long time, forcing us to quickly leave. 4. Only one roll of toilet paper and one trash can were provided in the toilet. 5. The bed was positioned against two walls, facing the AC, which was close to the hallway door, so the AC wasn't working, nor was it felt in the other room. 6. The dirty brown towels smelled very used, and they were only sprayed with freshener... to get used to bringing your own towels. 7. Too overpriced, especially without breakfast.

Nice and comfortable. Next time, I'll stay again with my family.

My favorite Mutiara Convention Hotel when transiting for a business trip to Banjar, located near the street foods, Kartikasari Store, Indomaret, and Alfamart. Many varieties of food are available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner around the hotel, and GrabFood/GoFood are available. Fast check-in/out, clean room, friendly staff, and comfortable. For around 500,000 Rupiah, you get a very unpleasant 3-star hotel. The bathroom stinks, the room smells musty, the sheets are stained, and even the pillowcases are torn. Usually, 500,000 Rupiah gets you a very nice 3-star hotel. It's worth noting that I came here on a last-minute booking; other hotels were all booked up.

This is my honest review as a guest at Mutiara Hotel on April 11-12, 2026. Starting from the arrival, the check-in process was very fast and easy, no need to wait. I got a room that was considered old but quite comfortable. The room was quite spacious and had a large bed for 2 people. There was a TV whose channels could still be enjoyed while lying down. The AC was cold, maybe because the AC was old / old. But because we stayed in Bandung, it was helped by the air that was still cool. Then the bathroom was also still old, so it was less aesthetic hehe but everything functioned normally and well. Amenities: toothbrush and small toothpaste got 2, toilet paper was full. Towels were not available at first and WA to RCP was slow to respond, but when I went down to RCP they immediately gave me one, it was safe. Wifi can also be asked to the staff, and the network is quite good. Then there is an open cupboard to put suitcases / bags and some clothes can be hung. There is a water heater and glasses too, complete with coffee, tea and sugar sachets. There is also a dressing table complete with plug holes so you can do your makeup and hair to the max. Overall, the room was comfortable. The swimming pool was also comfortable, and it was open from morning until late afternoon—great. The location is perfect, with easy walking distance to everything. Check-out was also easy, and the best part was that the hotel accepted luggage storage after check-out. This was very thoughtful and helpful for those of us who wanted to walk around and buy souvenirs before returning home, without the hassle of carrying a huge backpack or suitcase. Love it! I'd definitely book a repeat stay here. Thanks...

2nd time staying here, the room is clean, the surrounding area has lots of delicious culinary delights, the parking lot is quite spacious.

The location is strategic, if you want to go to Kartikasari or Tjuangkie, the station is just a short walk away😂 It's also near the 23 Paskal mall.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and close to Bandung Station and downtown. The swimming pool is clean.

Got room 203 and it was nice facing the swimming pool and trees, next time I go to Bandung I want to stay there again

The hotel staff is friendly, close to the city center, the family is happy, the heart is happy.

The best thing about swimming at 7 o'clock is that it's still very quiet, the kids are satisfied, access to everywhere is close, especially if you want to buy typical Bandung souvenirs, Kartika Sari is just a short walk from the hotel.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the environment around the hotel is very strategic.

The staff was friendly and we were able to borrow a wheelchair. The location is excellent, with plenty of food right in front of the hotel. The pool was great, and the kids enjoyed it, but unfortunately the mattress was hard and the pillows weren't soft enough to sag.

Overall, staying here is comfortable, quiet, and clean because all my concern points are met so I am very happy to stay here, only 1 drawback is that I booked 3 rooms because I was with my family and it has been more than 2 weeks since the booking was made by giving a note that the 3 rooms have a large bed, not a twin bed, and I have tried to check in early to be given a room according to the request but was given 2 twin bed rooms and only 1 queen bed 😌. When I asked for a change, it turned out that all the rooms were full, it was H+2 Eid but the notes should have been read maybe because I booked a standard room, it doesn't matter, it happened to be only 1 day and thank God the room was comfortable and the water heater worked well for the hot water.

The room is quite spacious and comfortable, but it's best to bring your own towels. Otherwise, it's fine.
