Overall, my stay was pleasant. The location is quite strategic, being close to the airport and various dining options. The service was commendable — hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and informative. Facilities were adequate, with snacks and coffee available for purchase. The room itself was generally good, but the beds in almost all rooms had sagged in the middle, making them uncomfortable for sleeping. These should ideally be replaced by management to ensure better guest comfort. The room also had a layer of fine dust, and there were several cobwebs in the bathroom, which could benefit from more thorough attention from both staff and management. With these improvements, Narra Hotel has the potential to offer an even better guest experience in the future.

For a very comfortable stay. With free Wi-Fi facilities, clean rooms, clean toilets, friendly employees. Only 1 drawback is far from the crowd so if you want to buy food it's a bit far if you don't use GoFood.
