We are regret why we didn’t choose this hotel since our first day arrived in Bali. The location is strategic, the room was really clean even though it is not quite big. The breakfast menu is enough and tasty. There is also a convenient store at the lobby so it won’t be difficult for having a little snack or in case you need a cup of coffee during midnight. We’ll be back!!

My second time staying at Natya Hotel Kuta and I was as pleased as I was before. The room was super clean and well maintained, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It is easy to stroll around the hotel to find anything nearby. The fact that there is a mini market in the lobby is the best thing I can think of. Highly recommended, and I can't wait to have my next staycation at Natya! :)

My first stay at Natya Kuta Hotel. Sharing my experience, those bringing teenagers (>12 years old) will be charged 150-200k/child. The food is delicious & always refilled👍. There is a small gym & pool, free mineral water refills too. The service is good. Overall, my experience was quite good here. Thank you Natya Kuta Hotel.

Paid for 2 nights... The first one was due to early check-in and arrived in Bali at 2 am, continued to stay the next night but didn't continue because I chose to move to the Kuta area... The shower gel in the bathroom had been skipped and hadn't been checked.

This is my second time staying here, what made me come back was because the breakfast was delicious, the taste was just right and the waiters were friendly. There was one named Bli Sudi, thank you for being so friendly, even though the room was small but clean and comfortable, definitely next time again and again because it was affordable but not cheap. Thank you Natya Hotel.

For the first time sleeping in a hotel made my neck hurt, the pillow was very uncomfortable, I think the furniture in the room needs to be updated, the corners of the bathroom door were dirty to the point of being black, the curtains were dirty, the breakfast was incomplete, if you want to eat a fried egg there is an additional charge of 35 thousand, which is usually included in the room for the package with breakfast, for the breakfast menu, I'm sorry to give it a score of 7/10, hopefully everything will be improved. It's a shame that the hotel on the roadside is close to the airport & mall, but if the service is a bit bad, it will lose out to other competitors.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel area has a gym and swimming pool that can be used freely, there is a restaurant near the pool. Before swimming in the pool, request food first, then after bathing, enjoy the food that is ready to eat/eat while enjoying the pleasant morning atmosphere before noon. Next time I will stay again, maybe because it is close to the airport. Thank you for everything.
