The air conditioner is not cold, the room floor feels sticky/greasy, the breakfast is minimalist, bottled water in the room is small. Packaged tea is not available, the price upgrade is 2x but does not upgrade the service product. But in this experience when I wanted to check in yesterday around sunset time I was given a room in the basement then I told the receptionist that I had requested a room upstairs on the application. But it's a shame that the receptionist, I think, is lying to say that this room type is only specifically in the basement, because my friend and I are tired because it's been a whole day of seminars at this hotel, then I'm okay with getting a room in the basement which is quiet and dark even though we are just the two of us and the same - same girl and no signal at all down there, not even hotel wifi!
