Second time staying here... the water was off overnight. I wanted to go to the bathroom but the water wouldn't come out, I couldn't do ablution, and there was no water for urinating or defecating. The kids checked out without showering. When asked why it was dry, they said, "How could the hotel not prepare anything? Breakfast is in a take-home box." Oh my God, this is the first time I've stayed in a hotel and I'm so disappointed. The water... isn't flowing 😭

In Sintang, this is by far the most worthwhile place. Affordable price, complete facilities. Decent air conditioning, hot water, and breakfast. Centrally located. My family always stays here when in Sintang. Thank you, New Setia.

The room is still not soundproof. You can hear the toilet next door. Moreover, I brought a small child who likes to scream afraid to disturb other guests. The voices of people passing in the hallway are very clear. Still not quite clean in my opinion. Very friendly service. Everyone is friendly. For price and facilities and service 7/10.
