10/10 very satisfying, initial intention was to only stay 1 day then move to another hotel. But in reality, we added 1 more day, and we chose to stay at this hotel. And mashaAllah, the employees and staff are all very smiling. Starting from the security guard at the entrance (gate) who was very friendly🥹 this is really the first time I've been amazed by a hotel where all the employees are really nice, no matter what the customers are. All customers who come here are always smiled at and greeted in a friendly way 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Come here because you see people's reviews, and this is really beyond expectations, at an affordable price you can get: 1. Comfortable room 2. There is a balcony, you can also dry clothes in provided, you know 3. For those who bring children, don't worry because we get a mattress extra and no additional costs. 4. The air conditioner is pol, it is cool and comfortable, for those who like the AC is quiet in the room there is a ceiling fan too 5. Other equipment, soap, toothbrush, electric kettle is definitely ready 6. The wardrobe is not half-hearted, there are 3 wardrobes, suitable for families really time, or office office gatherings, and a lot of it, too long if all mention it. This is recommended, cool location, cool facilities, easy access too. Anyway, it's good here, I hope if there is a chance I will stay here again, it's guaranteed. 1 again, the staff is also very friendly, yesterday I went there who hung up the room, but because 1 person, there were 2 guests (me and someone else), so the receptionist walked me, this is cool, I haven't found the service staff is like this, grandpa, until this is cool. The point is cool 10/10 is the maximum anyway.

The hotel is clean, all the staff are very friendly, I will stay at this hotel again because there is Poppy the Black Cat who is very friendly to the guests, so much so that I brought Poppy to stay in the room too, Poppy was still friendly and accompanied me to sleep in the room. Poppy makes me miss coming back to this hotel. Thank you for the service.

As pictured, the location is close to Puncak and the city, making this hotel a popular choice for families. It's affordable, with breakfast included for 500,000 Rupiah. The food selection is limited, but I'm sorry to say that when I booked, there weren't any toothbrushes or drinking glasses provided, but overall, it's good. It's perfect for a family or couple getaway.

Fun.. the receptionist, the lady who wears hijab is very friendly, forgot her name hehe.. the hotel is beautiful, cool, quiet, comfortable.. not far from the main road, the breakfast is delicious.. the security staff are also friendly.. high season got a sunny double room facing the garden, in the morning the view of the garden with beautiful mountains.. very kids friendly because there is a swimming pool, swings, a large field for children to run around, it's really fun..
