Novotel Bali Benoa

We stayed on the Beach wing, loved the pool area! Rooms were clean and hotel in general very nice. Breakfast had a good selection and was very good. Would recommend 👍

We had an amazing room with direct access to the pool which was the right size to do some laps before breakfast. Breakfast and food options overall were excellent, we enjoyed the barbecue with Balinese dance. Right next to the beach. Quite easy to reach from the airport which is a plus because traffic in Bali is crazy. Would love to stay there again!

Rather unhappy that they “upgraded” us away from the pool access rom that we had specifically asks and paid for. When we stood our ground they begrudgingly said we could mine in two days. Then when we checked out to move they put us in the lobby ( finally ith a free ‘non alcoholic) dink as we waited be to hours to get ono the room. Nusa dua is not hat we remember. We only be returning. Breakfast buffet as nice

The staff are friendly and professional. The room menu was surprisingly international and awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Arriving at the novotel was very pleasant. Lovely staff and surroundings gorgeous. However when we arrived in our deluxe garden room we were very disappointed. It was incredibly dark requiring lights on in the middle of the day.. The room was very tired and the night light socket was loose

The Novotel has had a makeover around the resort. Great pools and beach locations. A very good breakfast and super friendly staff.

It’s my wife birthday trip. Hotel prepared a birthday surprise for us, upgraded to family suites and a bit birthday decorations which make us so happy. Our suites is spacious, have a double bed and two single beds with 2 toilets, 2 showers and 1 bath tub. The room can be more clean, since one of the toilet have more then 10 flies inside, we dare to use it. And there is only 1 air-con for 80 square metres area is not enough. And we can’t adjust the speed of the fans. The pool and beach view is stunning. The breakfast is perfect, lot of choices. There is a kids club which my kids like it. They even have kids care services.

Good for family looking for quiet and serene accommodation with Balinese architecture. Not much entertaining activities No poolside music

Hotel is fine Rooms are a little dated but comfortable Hotel food was a little pricey for Bali and not very good quality We ended up going to another hotel for many times for breakfast and dinner during our stay

The property was very tired, shower head was calcified and bed pillows very large and firm. Food from the restraunt was below average and buffet breakfast sub par. Not great value for $

For a 5 star hotel was disappointed. Beds were hard , would have better sleeping on the floor . No hand towels or face washers. Having to ring everyday for towels to be delivered, when taken Customer service at service desk terrible.

The rooms with garden view were situated across the road from the main hotel, with their own swimming pools and bar area. A man to help you cross the small but busy road 24/7.

Only about 25mins from airport, good looking property, very friendly staff, didn't realise the hotel was split in 2 across a road, reception, breakfast, main pool, and half the rooms were on the beach side, the other pool was across the road, with rooms with pool access,,, i booked the pool access room, then had an email saying the pool was under maintenance, and was closed , but would be open 2 weeks before we arrived, which was good, on arriving at hotel, we were told the pool was still closed, we were upgraded to another room , which was nice, but not close to the pool like i wanted, this pool was cold, very windy from the ocean, and too many people were there due to the other pool being closed, 2 days before we left the other pool opened, it was nice and warm , and the wind was blocked from the ocean due to the built up area it was located in, this is the better side, overall its a nice place, but for us it was ruined , due to the pool being closed
