The staff was friendly and efficient. Check-in and check-out were quick, even though it was busy. Overall, the hotel was clean and smelled good, and there were plenty of activities for kids. The pool was clean and staff were available around the pool. The snack options were also varied, keeping the kids happy. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and always hot.

I've actually been here many times. But the deposit process is getting stricter and more complicated. It used to be 200,000 rupiah, now it's 500,000 rupiah. For some groups, the deposit is quite large. And if the deposit is not cash or debit, the staff informs them that the refund is 7 days. For some groups, 500,000 rupiah is quite large and they might need it quickly. It's a shame. I stayed here because of the deposit. Even the luxury hotel Resinda doesn't have a deposit at all. I moved to Nuanza from Resinda, so I don't want to go back to Nuanza.

The best hotel in Cikarang, comfortable, delicious breakfast, perfect for a vacation with kids and family, but I think the deposit is too high, especially for me, who always book more than one room because I bring a large family. But overall, it's okay. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Stayed for 2 nights, finally decided to check out because the room was hot, and the kids were hot because the AC wouldn't cool down. Room service for breakfast was unavailable. The restaurant staff were unfriendly.

The experience starts with:
1. Very strategic access close to the toll road.
2. Comfortable lobby, and fast check-in process. All staff are responsive (security is always ready to open the door, help with parking, and carry luggage).
3. Spacious, clean, and comfortable room. I happened to get a connecting room and was very satisfied.
4. Facilities: clean swimming pool, heated pool, delicious restaurant food, fast Wi-Fi, and the TV could probably be upgraded to a smart TV.
5. Breakfast menu is very varied, very delicious, worthy of a star rating ☆☆☆☆☆
6. Fast check-out...overall, very good.
I will definitely come back next time.

Overall, it was actually good, with just one issue being check-in.
I happened to book through Traveloka, but I didn't know there was a 500,000 IDR deposit (quite a large amount). It wasn't clear beforehand on the Traveloka app either.
And I'm the type of person who rarely handles cash (because everything is QRIS now) and I'm anti-credit (I don't have a credit card). So, I asked if I could use debit, but the lady said no and told me to get cash at the mall.
It was hilarious, but my husband ended up taking care of it because he was so lazy about things like this. As a result, when my husband told me, it turned out I could use debit, but the refund was in 2 days.
What was even funnier was that upon check-out, I was told the deposit had changed to a maximum of 5 days.
My first impression was that I really liked the smell of the room as soon as I entered the lobby, but this problem made me a bit annoyed.
It's quite complicated and the solution isn't perfect, but I hope it gets better.

Everything is excellent here. The only minus point is that on Friday night and Saturday night, there were DJ event on 5th floor. It was so loud that I could hear it from my room in 22nd floor.

I've actually been here many times. But the deposit process is getting stricter and more complicated. It used to be 200,000 rupiah, now it's 500,000 rupiah. For some groups, the deposit is quite large. And if the deposit is not cash or debit, the staff informs them that the refund is 7 days. For some groups, 500,000 rupiah is quite large and they might need it quickly. It's a shame. I stayed here because of the deposit. Even the luxury hotel Resinda doesn't have a deposit at all. I moved to Nuanza from Resinda, so I don't want to go back to Nuanza.

The best hotel in Cikarang, comfortable, delicious breakfast, perfect for a vacation with kids and family, but I think the deposit is too high, especially for me, who always book more than one room because I bring a large family. But overall, it's okay. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The experience starts with:
1. Very strategic access close to the toll road.
2. Comfortable lobby, and fast check-in process. All staff are responsive (security is always ready to open the door, help with parking, and carry luggage).
3. Spacious, clean, and comfortable room. I happened to get a connecting room and was very satisfied.
4. Facilities: clean swimming pool, heated pool, delicious restaurant food, fast Wi-Fi, and the TV could probably be upgraded to a smart TV.
5. Breakfast menu is very varied, very delicious, worthy of a star rating ☆☆☆☆☆
6. Fast check-out...overall, very good.
I will definitely come back next time.

Overall, it was actually good, with just one issue being check-in.
I happened to book through Traveloka, but I didn't know there was a 500,000 IDR deposit (quite a large amount). It wasn't clear beforehand on the Traveloka app either.
And I'm the type of person who rarely handles cash (because everything is QRIS now) and I'm anti-credit (I don't have a credit card). So, I asked if I could use debit, but the lady said no and told me to get cash at the mall.
It was hilarious, but my husband ended up taking care of it because he was so lazy about things like this. As a result, when my husband told me, it turned out I could use debit, but the refund was in 2 days.
What was even funnier was that upon check-out, I was told the deposit had changed to a maximum of 5 days.
My first impression was that I really liked the smell of the room as soon as I entered the lobby, but this problem made me a bit annoyed.
It's quite complicated and the solution isn't perfect, but I hope it gets better.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Check-in and check-out were quick, even though it was busy. Overall, the hotel was clean and smelled good, and there were plenty of activities for kids. The pool was clean and staff were available around the pool. The snack options were also varied, keeping the kids happy. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and always hot.

Everything is excellent here. The only minus point is that on Friday night and Saturday night, there were DJ event on 5th floor. It was so loud that I could hear it from my room in 22nd floor.
