The villa is away from Nusa Dua town but the staff provided free transportation around Nusa Dua so it was easy to get around.

This is high quality accommodation about 8 minutes drive from the main beach resort area. An inexpensive taxi arranged by the hotel reception is all you need to reach the more commercial locations. It is 200 metres from a convenience store. A free and simple afternoon "high tea" was most pleasant.
I also enjoyed the private swimming pool and used it many times per day to rejuvenate and exercise. Nusa Dua Bayview was the 2nd stage of an enjoyable Bali experience.

First of all, yang buat saya nyaman hanya kasur dan cleaning staff nya saja. Sisanya super bad. Saya seperti mendapatkan villa “sisa” yang jarang di maintenance. Pertama sampai aja lantai seperti tidak bersih. Lampu taman kolam mati, lampu dalam kolam mati, tidak ada penutup wc di master room, AC kamar lantai 1 bocor (di benerin tapi abis itu langsung bocor lagi sampai saya check out tanggal 2 Januari), dan itu shampoo sabun dan lain-lain sudah lama tidak di ganti, jadi memang seperti villa sisa yang di berikan ke saya, padahal saya book untuk 6 hari 5 malam. Lalu di hari ke 3 pompa kolam mati, jadi aliran airnya tidak jalan, kalo di buat berenang air nya berkurang. Sehingga saya gabisa pake lagi itu kolam dari tanggal 31 Desember. Kalo ditanya semua bisa di benerin kalo abis saya check out. Tidak ada sama sekali tawaran dari mereka untuk pindah villa yang lebih layak ditinggal. Nyamuk banyak banget sangat banyak even di kamar. Lalat pun masuk sampai kamar master room (lantai 3). Alat masak sangat tidak lengkap, pisau aja ga ada, lalu sabun sunlight nya sangat bau, seperti sabun yang sudah di campur lama terungkap jadi bau got tidak ada bau sabun sama sekali. Lalu cukup merasa tidak aman, karena baru ketemu villa yang tidak ada gembok di pagar, dan tidak ada pintu yang membatasi garasi untuk naik ke atas ke ruang tamu, jadi kalo ada orang mau masuk bisa banget masuk ke lantai 2 ruang tamu, karena tidak ada pintu sama sekali yang membatasi, jadi suka tidur dengan was was. Entah saya nyesel banget baru kali ini nemu villa yang tidak proper dengan harga yang tertera. Ekspetasi saya terlalu tinggi dan super kecewa. Tidak akan kembali lagi ke villa seperti ini. 🙏🏻.

When we arrived, the villa was not ready meaning some of ACs is broken, the water is smelly, and the floor is dirty (has some oil on surfaced). So, we request to change the villa and the receptionist give us the new villa.

It 's a big and great villa house with big swimming pool. The only problem is bug could enter the via because on our Alina unit, the swimming pool entrance door design is open air. But the problem solved right away after we sprayed the entire villa with bug spray. The staff are very helpful and kind, overall nothing is perfect but this is a big villa house with 3 bedrooms and nice outdoor garden and big swimming pool with great view.

Thursday afternoon came after a long trip from Bandung to Jakarta via land and continued flight to Bali. Morning flight so at night I can't sleep. Bring 2 toddlers and 2 parents plus 1 person who is not healthy while adults only have 3 people left. Fussy and very tired. Long story short, after handing over the keys, I wanted to prepare for dinner, so everyone took a shower. And trouble water doesn't come out. Immediately complained and the officer was still in the lobby. Okay, fast response, but only give instructions if there is a problem again, just press the reset button. And promises that tomorrow or Friday will be repaired. After dinner, it turned out to be more troublesome, it was water. Period, there must be 1 person waiting because the water keeps turning off, press reset again, not until 1 minute it turns off again and again. Then came the so-called engineer okay done. The next day or Friday, I want to prepare to go again, in the morning all the water is problematic. Fajr prayer is hampered. Again bathing full of soap eh dead again. Again and again. In the end, there was a high level of emotion that an officer who was cleaning in the front unit was immediately scolded and I asked at what time it would be corrected. Until finally all the showers were delayed because they were waiting for the pump to be fixed first. After returning from the road, the condition was tired, tired, and the water was still problematic again. Walking with an emotional state to the lobby, no one is there either. Finally, it was security who became the emotional target. I asked to move units, he said all units were full. I asked at that time to be right. The emotion of every shower is only half the condition is still full of soap and the water is dead. That same night several engineers came in without ringing the bell. Suddenly, everyone was in the kitchen fixing the pump. I don't know what time it finished because I just went into the room. Because they didn't even say anything to us. I asked my sister and she said she also doesn't know when they will finish fixing the pump. Because they just went home and left the garage gate open. That's bad. Saturday morning Thank God the water was normal until Sunday morning when we checked out there was no more water problem. Bawika 11 units, hopefully after repairing the pump yesterday the problem won't come back again. That's bad. After all, the water issue is very important. I've been going back and forth using the app for a while. This is the most provoking emotion. bad.

Actually this is not a villa but a house for rent. Staff very unprepared. When we arrived at the “villa”, things were not clean. The building is like a newly built building. The staff is only there from morning to 4 pm after that can't be contacted. After 4 pm, the one who serves is the security guard Will not come back here and will not recommend.

For luxurious exteriors and interiors, only what really disappointed the condition of the water flow that could not flow, we complained and the responsive staff only still couldn't solve the problem until the last day, the problem was we stayed 2 nights and had trouble with uncomfortable water conditions, especially at the time in the toilet the water suddenly died was really unpleasant, even though the staff offered breakfast free but still the water condition from us coming home was still not resolved even the hot water on the first day was not there, after the complaint finally the heating machine was exchanged by the staff with the bathroom below, the television in the living room had died and was eventually swapped for a smaller size

I stayed four nights at Nusa Dua Bayview. Taking a 3 bedroom villa with my group of 5 people. The first day my group and I arrived at Nusa Dua Bayview were greeted warmly and friendly by 2 staff members in the lobby of the reception, oh yes we were also given a welcome drink that was really tasty and cool which was very fitting with our condition which was very tired because the plane is delayed, we are also a bit late to check in. After completing the check in, we were invited to the villa that we will place. And when I arrived at the villa, how glad we were to see the condition of the villa, this was insane, not according to my and my friends' expectations. Because when we wanted to book a villa in Nusa Dua Bayview we had time to find out about this villa through reviews from the previous cust and see photos of the villa on various web travel. From the photos we saw it was very good, neat, and clean. But we think maybe this is because from the angle of the photo, that's why it looks good. But yes, our choice remains at Nusa Dua Bayview. Indeed, our expectations are not too big. But that's how we arrived at the villa, crazy ... the condition is 90% like the one in the photo. Clean champion, even in the living room I do not see any dust. And in each room is also very clean, and very neat. Even every afternoon / evening they always clean all the rooms in the villa where we stay. This original villa is very comfortable to be occupied especially with groups like us. I really feel at home. My left and right neighbors are also not noisy. The swimming pool? Wow, this is the winner, the water is clear, not dirty. And the swimming pool is my favorite place, especially at night doing tasks on a laptop with a view of the swimming pool and the spirit to do its work. Hmmm ... for the food itself, there are some that bounce, there are also some B only. Like fried rice and Javanese noodles, it seems to me and my friends that they don't bounce because they are too sweet even very sweet for the taste of Javanese noodles. For others it's okay and the drinks bounce off. Because we stayed a few days in Nusa Dua Bayview, we rented a motorbike to tour around Bali, the tourist attractions are also not too far away to go by motorbike, in fact there are also many tourist attractions and souvenir shops which are located just minutes away from nusa dua bayview. To rent a motorcycle, we don't need to be complicated. I just ask the receptionist, can I rent a motorbike? The staff immediately answered that they could and the motorbike was directly delivered to our villa. There are only a few complaints from me about the bedroom. Because for the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor there are no bathrooms, the bathroom is outside the room, so the 2 bedrooms below must share the bathroom. So sometimes I have to queue for a bathroom with my friend. Only the rooms above are available in the bathroom. Haha but that's not a big problem though. Finally, I just want to say for the Nusa Dua Bayview staff to maintain their hospitality. The staff are really very friendly with their guests. Honestly the staff at Nusa Dua Bayview are very kind and friendly, and want to help their guests. Just call the fast response immediately, you want a motorbike, a car is immediately provided. Want so many breakfast hours to be delivered to the villa directly in between at this very very ontime. Really satisfying service. Thank you Nusa Dua Bayview for making my vacation and my friends comfortable and satisfying. Next, if I go to Bali again, Nusa Dua Bayview will still be my choice to stay.
