Staff very friendly, genuine friendly, not tourist friendly because they are required. Made my stay there very very welcoming. The receeptionist was brilliant balinese girl so helpful.

it was so great place. We loved so much during stayed there, 2 days wasn't enough. Location is good, easy to find food, near Monkey forest Ubud. All staff so kind and help full. The room is cool, clean, big and it has balcony. Room with rice field and swimming pool is so great. Very recommended place to stay. Thank you.

It was full booked when we arrived there, but we already book for 2 nights and already paid, and its system failure they said. But, they patiently, warmly take care of it. They give us new place, new room in new hotel. Awesome, it's upgrade not downgrade. Thank you

I had most pleasant stay in Nyoman Karsa. The room and the bathroom is neat and big. The place is quite, and peaceful. The service was also good. The breakfast as well. We will definitely gonna go back here.

Facility in the room is insufficient, no chairs, cabinet is not practical, the bed collapsed when we lay down, especially when all your weight is on (I'm 7mth pregnant) only 2 pillows, not enough. Monkeys are all around, don't even feel to be in swimming pool. Online taxi isn't allowed, we're obligated to get local unregistered taxi. But staffs were friendly.

Staff were friendly and courteous. But the facility is purely Budget one. Wifi is weak, only works well in the lobby. No personal lockers in the room. Every time the standard answer from the staff is “we don’t have this, a facility for configuration of the room”. Limited choice of breakfast. A decent stay with no additional value.
