Like the place and service, according to my purpose of transit hotel near a big mall (50 m), breakfast is also varied there are indoor and outdoor areas. Many family guests also stay. (Thank you to the receptionist who allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out time, waiting for an afternoon flight). In the future, I will check in here again. *For the owner, it is better to change the color of the ceramic in the bathroom, because from here I can see that this hotel seems to be rebranding, the bathroom area is not yet unified in terms of theme concept and aesthetics. Thank you and always success for the hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly. I booked a room but was downgraded because the AC was broken. I ended up getting a room with a problem with the AC too. But it was fixed. There was only a 4pm check-out offer. But I didn't take it because I only needed it for transit. The breakfast menu and service were all good. Overall, it was okay, within my budget.

Stayed for 2 nights, the bed was comfortable, not squeaky, the linen was made of cotton, the air was clean, my husband didn't sneeze (an indicator that the hotel room is dirty ^-^), the AC was cold, the warm water was OK, the best thing was the pastry was really delicious, only the AC in room 322 was broken, so we immediately moved to room 344, the ablution tap was broken, the faucet often came off but it wasn't a big problem, we could still do ablution from the shower

Stayed in an executive room. For such a large room, the price was relatively affordable, with ample amenities. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy with a 50,000 Rupiah deposit. 24-hour check-in was available from 2 PM until check-out. The food was good. The bathroom and room facilities all worked, no issues. There was a dining table for 2 and a TV room. Perhaps the connecting room was a bit disappointing; I would have preferred a standalone room. But overall, I was very pleased with the stay. Will come again sooner or later 💯💯
