The spacious room is very comforting. I enjoyed the tranquility of my 3rd floor room. Love that the room has a fully operating kitchen & utensils. The staff were friendly & helpful. The bathroom is great. Easy access, easy parking. Great choice of place to stay in downtown Denpasar!

Everything was great, except the laundry. Stains weren’t removed. Some clothes were still moist and still smelly after the wash. Overall, still a wonderful experience with the helpful staff, great location and affordability.

Check-in was supposed to be at 2 p.m., but I arrived at 3 p.m., and the villa wasn't ready yet. I was told to wait another 30 minutes. After waiting and entering the villa, the bathroom floor was dirty, with shoe marks all over it.

Overall, my stay here was a pleasant experience 😊 The location is very strategic, easy to get everywhere, close to restaurants and several tourist spots, so it's not complicated if you want to go sightseeing. As for the room, the condition is clean and comfortable. The bed is comfortable to rest on, the AC works well, and the bathroom is also kept clean. Standard facilities such as Wi-Fi and parking area are also available and quite helpful. The staff service is also friendly and responsive. The check-in and check-out process is fast, so you don't have to wait long. If you have any questions, they are immediately helped. The atmosphere of the inn is quite calm, suitable for resting after a day of activities. There may be a few notes, such as [for example: breakfast variations that can still be added / room soundproofing that can be improved], but it is still within reasonable limits. Conclusion: For the price offered, this inn is worth it and worth recommending... Suitable for those looking for a comfortable place with a strategic location.

I've stayed here many times, but I just noticed a new change: the suite rooms no longer have a water dispenser, only 110ml bottles of mineral water. The sofa, mattress, and carpet seem to need a good cleaning, as they're itchy, like insect/mite bites. The Wi-Fi is very slow and tends to drop out. The hot water in the bathroom also often doesn't work.

TV not working, one plug only near the bed. Old hotel style. Wi-Fi slow. Staff did not tell me they were building inside the hotel. Far from everything. Staff polite and clean and room big but many better more central.

We stayed at the Omatha Hotel Denpasar with a group, and overall, the experience was very satisfying. The hotel was clean, tidy, and comfortable, perfect for a group stay. The rooms were well-appointed, the facilities were functional, and the atmosphere was peaceful, allowing the entire group to rest comfortably after a long day of activities. The staff was friendly, responsive, and cooperative, especially in addressing the group's needs. Coordination was smooth, additional requests were handled quickly, and check-in and check-out were orderly, even with a large number of guests. The hotel's strategic location is easily accessible, and it facilitates group mobility while in Denpasar. I have personally stayed here many times, and Omatha Hotel is always my top choice every time I visit Bali, including when bringing a group.
