TV not working, one plug only near the bed. Old hotel style. Wi-Fi slow. Staff did not tell me they were building inside the hotel. Far from everything. Staff polite and clean and room big but many better more central.

We stayed at the Omatha Hotel Denpasar with a group, and overall, the experience was very satisfying. The hotel was clean, tidy, and comfortable, perfect for a group stay. The rooms were well-appointed, the facilities were functional, and the atmosphere was peaceful, allowing the entire group to rest comfortably after a long day of activities. The staff was friendly, responsive, and cooperative, especially in addressing the group's needs. Coordination was smooth, additional requests were handled quickly, and check-in and check-out were orderly, even with a large number of guests. The hotel's strategic location is easily accessible, and it facilitates group mobility while in Denpasar. I have personally stayed here many times, and Omatha Hotel is always my top choice every time I visit Bali, including when bringing a group. Thank you, Omatha Hotel Denpasar, for your service and comfort. Highly recommended for groups, families, and business trips, and we wouldn't hesitate to return again in the future.

I had an unpleasant experience when I checked in at 2:30 PM. However, when I checked in, the room hadn't been cleaned, and I still had to wait about 30 minutes. Guests were made to wait a long time for check-in. Furthermore, when checking out, they found a pillowcase that was said to be dirty, so I was fined 25,000 Rupiah. I didn't check to see if it was dirty when I arrived. I think the hotel staff was looking for fault with the guest. No items were damaged or missing. I think the stain had been there since before I arrived. And there's no evidence that I caused the stain.

Staying here for New Year's Eve is highly recommended. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff, from the security guard to everyone, were very friendly. The villa is affordable but very satisfying with its vintage theme, "Villa Colonia." And you can enjoy the fireworks around the villa, many of them set off. Thank you, Omatha Villa.

The room was good, as expected. There was a kitchen, suitable for cooking, but the equipment was incomplete. Bringing children was charged 100,000 IDR per person/day, which is very expensive compared to the usual 50,000 IDR. The receptionist was quick, friendly, and helpful. However, the hotel's charging policy is too expensive.

I stayed here for two nights, December 15-18, 2025, in a Victoria room. The room was clean, and there was a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel area is comfortable and quiet, making it suitable for family vacations or business trips because it is close to the city center. Access is also easy. There are many minimarkets and restaurants in front of the hotel. I will stay here again when I visit Denpasar.
