The room is comfortable, the AC is cold, it's just a shame there's no welcome drink when you arrive... but overall it's good

I asked to move rooms because the lights were out. The atmosphere was a bit dim, and the design was old. Maybe because I prefer modern things. But overall, it was okay for the price. The staff were friendly.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is close to the city center. There are culinary options around the hotel. The facilities are okay. However, there are no towels for the bathroom mat. There are only two pillows provided. The mattress is a twin mattress that is pushed together, which is not very comfortable because there is a joint in the middle.

The hotel looks very luxurious, but at a very affordable price, the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are also many culinary options around the hotel, including delicious goat soup across the street. Thanks.

I've stayed here several times for business, but this is the first time I've found stained sheets, and no tissue or coffee sachets in the room. It's a shame, especially since all the staff are friendly and the view from the room window is beautiful, especially at night and at dawn.

Strategic location with many culinary destinations in Bogor City.

Not recommended Towels were missing, very unprofessional, claiming laundry issues, and they only arrived in the morning after several complaints. Requested a double bed, but for various reasons, they got a twin bed. Even asking for an upgrade couldn't. First time staying here and immediately disappointed.

I didn't get a towel. The receptionist said there was a laundry delay. I still didn't get a towel until the next day.

1. At 9:00 a.m., I arrived at the hotel and was greeted with a somewhat unpleasant smile by the hotel security guard. I don't know if he was that type of security guard or because I was a motorcycle rider. When I arrived, the motorcycle parking was in the basement, and they already knew we were on a motorcycle. There was no information that the basement was a garbage collection point. It was very slippery, and we almost slipped, especially since we were on a motorcycle. There was no information to be careful. 2. I did ask for towels, but the front desk said they couldn't get them because the Hong Kong section was crowded. That wasn't the right answer for me. If they couldn't, that's fine, but that's the kind of answer a front desk representative shouldn't have. After all, I booked this hotel two weeks ago. 3. The 3-star room didn't have a cooler. 4. The swimming pool was under maintenance while the hotel was full. I did arrive on a weekday. But it's irrelevant if the hotel was full but the facilities weren't available. 5. The breakfast variety was very limited. Honestly, the food was delicious. But not even eggs was a bit odd. The lack of bread also lowered our expectations, as we were quite expecting a 3-star hotel.
