The first day everything was fine, the second day morning the hot water didn't come out even though the water had been turned on until the bathtub was full (for almost 1 hour). The second day afternoon, the water was low, taking a shower was a bit of a struggle, I had confirmed with the hotel team and told them to wait 15 minutes, but it was still low for almost 1 hour. The third day morning, the water was completely off, even though the need for water in the morning was very important, I had called the hotel team, they said it had just been fixed, but the water still didn't come for more than 1 hour. Initially I was very satisfied staying here, but I became disappointed because of the poor facilities and problem handling. With a room price above 500 thousand per day that I paid through this application, but the service was far more than professional

The place is inside the Kaliurang Park Complex, you have to pay 4rb each person to come inside. I got the room closest to construction area and the men were very loud in the morning, even on Sunday. Their truck was parked in front of the room. The room itself was quite nice but you have to go outside to enter the bathroom, even to wash your hands so better be careful at night. The floor was not flat and the door to go to the bathroom would closed very hard if you just let go of the door.
It was a rather nice experience but the breakfast was very bad, opens at 7-10 AM (even on Sunday). Maybe we were too late, around 9.30 and there was no eggs anymore, very little food. The coffee and the milk taste like water.
The pool closes at 11 pm for room guests. The jacuzzi was nice but for me personally it's not too hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful

It was a very pleasant stay here. The room was spacious, the bathroom was comfortable, there was a bathtub, and there was a swing. The service was friendly and quite satisfying. The food was not very varied. The pool was also nice, with a jacuzzi. I will come back to stay here again sometime.

Stayed overnight during the Merapi Run event in Kaliurang. Room amenities were standard. Staff was very friendly.
On the downside: room service took a long time to arrive, taking almost an hour.
