The hotel is very clean but the location is far from the fixed hours. Arriving at our place, we brought another 50 thousand cash after negotiating for bringing a child aged 9. Towels and mineral water were not provided because the price was already cheap. Have to be strong going up the stairs because the room is on the 2nd floor.

We, who come for a family vacation to the nearest destination, by renting 3 rooms, we consist of 5 adults and 3 children under 10 years and 1 toddler. Initially the service was very friendly but at breakfast time, our family felt uncomfortable, when we ate in the dining room of a large table we kept going back and forth seen by officers with an unpleasant view, some food was brought in and then released again, then when we the officer will come out with an unfavorable language, charge excess of the meal costs (without prior information) and still pay. It might be better when there seems to be an excess of family members, you should have information for the cost of overeating or anything that happens to the contract, so that it feels good and delicious, and we don't feel like eating like a passenger without paying, just let us know. Plus when we will go out for a while at 8:30 the officer also has time to ask, where to go in an unpleasant tone, and at 10:30 we have been called to ask for check-out, while we also know the check-in hours out at 12:00 p.m. When we will check out, there is also no receptionist, and the key is only requested by the cleaning staff who is not friendly too. At first we had to think again to stay again at the place and recommend to friends and family because of cleanliness, view and all facilities near the Banto Roti tourist attraction, but because of the humility of the officers then we would think again to stay overnight especially with children - child.

The service is not good, the receptionist is dishonest and not transparent with the room rate. The way of communication with guests is not good, the words are not polite.

This inn even though it is included in the category of middle to low budget and simple but the facilities and services provided are very satisfying and the view of the stretch of rice fields that is very beautiful in the morning accompanying the sunrise gives its satisfaction to me & my family.

An amazingly comfortable inn, we arrived at this inn at around 11:00. Incidentally there was an empty room, we were finally allowed to check in early, the bedroom was neat, spacious and the bathroom was clean, the water heater was functioning properly, breakfast which every morning is delivered to a nice room and the menu varies. Because staying at home here we extend the stay to 2 more nights. The gentleman who guarded the inn was kind and friendly, every morning our car was also washed clean with the father (jazakallah khairan sir, thank you for the good service during your stay at Orange syariah, thanks also to Traveloka for providing the best price for lodging 🙏)
