The price is a bit too expensive for a small city like Magelang. The facilities are ok. only there is no elevator to get to the upper floors. So it's not suitable for old people because they have to use the stairs.

The shower head in the toilet was leaking, some of the rooms smelled bad (they should have been sprayed with air freshener before being used by guests), the AC kept turning itself off, and the water was turned off in the morning because there was a problem with the tank, but there was no resolution or solution, so until we wanted to check out we couldn't shower or use the bathroom/toilet.

Sorry for the price of a standard room with a price of almost 500k in my opinion it is quite expensive but the bed facilities are inadequate, the sheets are torn here and there, the color is also brownish so it is a bit uncomfortable to sleep, there are crumbs of dirt on the table that have not been cleaned, the glass that I want to use still has coffee stains on the rim of the glass, the lamp table has stains from the coffee cup that was placed there, it is still wet and after I wiped it, it turned out to be clean, meaning the stains are new, maybe the cleanliness should be improved.

The staff are friendly, the breakfast is really delicious, especially the fried rice, the AC is also cold, the hot shower also works well, you get soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, towel, tea bags, mineral water and sugar every day at 12 noon, it's only possible for the room building to be renewed again because the walls of the room have a lot of water seepage so when you arrive there is a damp smell but after the 2nd day it is comfortable, pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bed sheets and blankets in the room too. The parking is also safe, 10 minutes access to the Akmil and near the hotel there is Pak Yatno's fried rice which is really delicious! There is a souvenir shop also near the hotel. Overall experience with Orchid hotel for 4 days, comfortable and really worth the price! ⭐.

Spacious room, clean, cold AC, extra bed charged 200 thousand. Clean bathroom, delicious breakfast, only there is a staff who is not pleasing, asking questions as if suspicious of guests. Whereas other hotels don't have that. So it's not comfortable.

I stayed here during Lebaran holidays, the price was quite expensive with very minimal services. The room is not clean, the wall in the room looks dirty, the key did not work, and they did not even clean my room.

There is an option to pay on the spot and free cancellation is very helpful, even though the hotel had contacted to ask for a down payment because it was peak season. Even though if you are really worried that there will be cancellations, why activate the feature during peak season?
