Kebetulan booking-kan adik saya beserta keluarga, selama 9 hari di sini Alhamdulillah sangat puas 👍. Hotel tengah kota, dekat dengan RS. Sutomo, pas di belakang Unair. Dan sangat dekat dengan area makanan yang sangat terjangkau. Hotel sesuai foto, termasuk bersih, para petugas pun sangat ramah dan gercep. In my opinion, the bathroom floor is not very clean, because the floor is generally yellow in color, and the floor in the room is also clean in the corners of the room and near the walls, the bottom of the floor in the room looks like it is rarely mopped or cleaned.

The downside is that the bathroom doesn't have a sink. Cleanliness needs to be improved. There's quite a bit of dust in the corners. There's also an unpleasant smell on the first floor near the elevator. For that price, it's pretty good. It's close to Gubeng Station. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future, especially regarding cleanliness and the smell of the room.

There's a price for everything....if you're on a tight budget or just looking for a place to sleep or transit, go ahead....but if you're looking for 5-star service or a maid, don't come here.
There's no food at the hotel, but it's easy to find food because there are plenty outside the hotel.

The location is close to Dr. Soetomo Hospital. Amenities: liquid soap (no toothbrush, toothpaste), bottled drinking water is given 2 bottles every day. Rooms & toilets are cleaned every day, towels are changed every day. The room is still not soundproof, often heard the voice of a child in the next room, but not too disturbing. Overall quite pleasant because the mattress is comfortable.
