Halo. Ini hotel apa kos-kosan. Dan yang paling penting satu hari nginap di sana nggak ada air. Dengan alasan mesin air rusak. Halo kita ini tamu, bukan numpang. Kalau emang rusak harusnya bilang pas kita check in. Kita di suruh mandi ke lantai bawah. Sementara kamar di lantai 3. Logika nggak itu? Ini hotel terburuk yang pernah saya singgahi. Tolong untuk aplikasi di seleksi lagi ini hotel. Terima kasih.

I have paid via the application and according to the price of the application, until the hotel is charged an additional fee per night. Very dissatisfied, felt cheated by Karen and charged a large additional fee per night. Facilities are not good, no hot water, toothbrush, noisy AC and broken TV. As a newcomer and staying here, I am very dissatisfied, and hopefully the tourism office will take action on lodging like this. Because this is very detrimental and deceives tourists or those who stay at this hotel.

Not applying sharia in the advertisements in the application and when checking in it turned out to be sharia, I was told to check out at 9 o'clock while on the check out order at 12 o'clock, all regulations were unclear and erratic, changing momentarily.

A very comfortable and affordable hotel in the pocket during the month-end vacation, the location is strategic in the city center, close to the West Sumatra Grand Mosque. But the ac is not cold enough.

Strategic location, close to the mosque, places to eat and cafes, unfortunately the upper corners of the room are not cleaned. For those who bring a vehicle, it doesn't fit here because the parking lot is narrow.

The service is quite good, it's just that the cleanliness of the room is lacking, every corner has hair, the bed sheet is not replaced, it's just magic and it's tightened and as a result there's a lot of hair in the duve, in the drawer there is still dirty tissue, maybe when the make up room forgot cleaned.

The location is very close to the Muhsinin mosque, so if you want to pray taraweh, you just have to walk because it is bordered by a wall with a mosque ... it's just a bit difficult to park inside, only fits 3 cars .. if you are late entering parking in front of the shophouse outside, .. the place is clean and all good 👍🏻
